When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Noisy elevator door that makes a banging sound when it closes on the 2nd floor. My room (201) was located adjacent to it and you hear the loud bang every time someone uses it.
Best location at a very good price located just across Sunway Pyramid.

my room is just next to the elevators, and soundproof is not good, i can hear other people talking at the corridor very clearly.
location was good, opposite Sunway Pyramid, short walking distance to BRT. breakfast was good, local food, many choices.

why the hotel managment not provided same tea or coffee sachet. It very disappointed cause we pay the price almost same like 3 star hotel...hope incoming the managment can improve more to let more customer come and happy to stay.
bathroom clean and good in condition like heather espeacily got bidet that important. Either room small (checkin family room) but bed very comfortable.Condition okay not noisy can sleep well.

The room seem to be less occupied. Rather dusty. Bathroom was clean for use. Hair dryer area can be better maintained.
Location was great! Breakfast was not bad. Very responsive and hospitable staff! Thumbs up for that.

Size of room too small. No amenities provided; no toothpaste or toothbrush. Room floor can be cleaner. Feels dusty when stepping on it. Bathroom sink doesn't drain water fast. Lighting is quite bad as well.
Fast check in process. Clean lobby. Fast elevator. No any foul smell in room. Great choice for a night stay if you're not planning to be in the room all day.

Breakfast options were limited, so we chose not to take it through the hotel. Instead we went and ate at the Bistro directly.
The staff was very cordial and supportive. A big thanks to Mr Syed and Ms Chitra, the reception staff. Our room(family room) was spacious for two adults and one teenager to sleep comfortably. There was no noise or any other disturbance during our stay. The hotel being located just opposite to the Pyramid Mall made it even more convenient in terms of shopping. Entrance to the Sunway Lagoon was just across the street. Easy access to the canopy walk helped us explore the place. The WiFi provided by the hotel was also good. The Seven Eleven shop and ABC Bistro solved our breakfast and snack needs. The place felt safe as the street had people commuting even late at night. The other guests staying there were mostly families or elderly couples.

Minor things only - no shower curtain so water splashes out making toilet wet. I had twin bedded room but only 1 bed had bedside table. Difficult to find parking except early in the morning or late at night.

A bit upset that there was no mini chiller. No doubt the hotel provide a vending machine but at time customer may need to keep something they bought chilled. Can also look into cleaniless of toilet a lil more. The floor is a little sticky. And some hair strands around.
I like that you have rooms provided for a family of 5. It's our second time back here.

The room looked like it has not been cleaned prior to our arrival! Bed sheet and towels had stains all over while the floor was dirty which we noticed as we were walking around the room barefooted!
It was ideally located near Sunway Pyramid, and there was a lot of convenient stores and mamaks around
