Malaysia-the thing that holds the shower head malfunctioned. so u cant angle the head -the water that came out of the shower head feels like hujan rintik, so u'll took longer to shower -the drain hole have no lid. foul smell came out of it -there's a large pipe that goes from top to bottom in all toilets. whenever the room above u flush, u can clearly hear the contents going down in the pipe in your toilet

MalaysiaThe PVC pipe drainage in the bath room was a bit smelly, the smell was coming from the bottom side. May due to old equipment or no long service. The electrical facilities were not functioning well. The aircond temperature cannot control even had press the remote many times, tv no channel, the water heater switch got a grgrgr sound like there was a current electricity at the switch area, when turn on the water heater there was a smell burn out from the control box panel. Please repair or replace an old equipment.
The toilet was very clean. The receptionists at counter were very good and polite. Near to SICC & PKNS. Easy to get parking.

United KingdomMy stay was during Ramadan, your mileage may vary. Room was not serviced during my stay but that might be because I took the key with me, I’m not sure of hotel protocol. Spray head on toilet spray was missing, electric shower was very poor strength and not warm, I found the toilet spray even without the spay head was better. There is negligible space for unpacking, you’ll need to take hangers or live out of your suitcase. No bedside light or switch, AC remote had a light or TV can give a low light. No WiFi means you will need roaming or a local SIM card for 20 Ringgit or so. Note the hotel is between a dual carriageway and a highway: E2, a long way between roundabouts, if you use taxis (Grab car = Uber etc.) you will go a long way out of your way if your destination is the ‘Wrong way’.
Room with bathroom, comfortable firm double bed, carpet not the kind you’d want to walk on in bare feet. 50 Ringgit key deposit on registration. Shampoo; shower gel provided along with coffee drink powder, small bottled water and kettle; more provided on request. Front desk is manned 24 hours to let you in or provide stuff/help. There is a bus service outside on the dual carriageway (Travel card only, no cash) that I didn’t try, 20 mins walk to Shah Alam train station (Line 2) to KL Sentral or Klang, 4MYR or Travel card.
