The property was right on the beautiful beach, and very used to dealing with a wide range of guests, so very helpful and kind with excellent communication skills. We used the hotel security box to safekeep our valuables while swimming. There were several interesting cafes etc just along the beach, all with wonderful sea views. There was good snorkelling to be had off the beach, towards shark point, but you have to go maybe an hour and a half either side of high water to have enough water over the reef. I wished we had booked early enough to have had accommodation with air- conditioning.

The room, it had cockroaches, ants and centipedes. I hired an excursion with them. I left my camera on the boat and the camera disappeared. I had to look for the boatman in order to get it back they were not helpful at all.

There are alot of mosquito for the room without aircond, so make sure to bring the repellent. Location also somehow quite hot, maybe need stronger fan.

The staff here is very friendly. The location is near to the beach. Breakfast also delicious and worth the price that you pay for the stay. Ac room is overall good with all facilities even with washing machine as in last picture. The snorkelling package available to book at hotel lobby.

The room. Its not well maintain. When I check in, the light at balcony was not working. Its really dark. Have to complaint. The door knob also faulty. The aircond is not working well. Its very hot even I have adjust to maximum. For the price paid its not value at all.

Location. View is good. In evening you can walk to fauna to get snacks. Its not so boring

The power was unreliable, it turned off randomly. Our room also got very hot with no windows and lots of mosquitos. Our towels were dirty when we arrived

Rooms are very old and a bit smelly. There was mold in toilet-shower area. Floor felt quite nasty when showering (better to do it in sandals). The towels we got were grey (even though some time ago they were white, I assume). At night we could hear some animal running in the walls - it was quite unsettling. Also, the walls were quite thin, so you could easily hear your neighbors.

The hotel is basically on the beach, so it's perfect for those who like sunbathing and swimming. Also, it's on a very quiet beach, so there was no noisy music at night. The food at their restaurant was amazing! (Especially their fruit shakes and dishes with sea food). Breakfast also had quite a few options to choose from. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even arranged our transfer to the airport.

It would be good if a proper bathroom basin cabin set is installed including some other useful bathroom accessories. At the moment it is a spacious place with just a toilet/shower and mini-sink.

Price and the quality of the accommodation match very well. The room has no luxury, but has everything needed, including a fridge. The location is excellent and also the breakfast was up to standard.

The only positive point of this hotel is its beach, as well as the nearby restaurants of other hotels, where the staff were extremely kind. Unfortunately, everything else was a huge disappointment. The cleanliness of the rooms was unacceptable (dust, dirty sheets), and the staff showed no responsiveness to our complaints. Breakfast was included in our stay, but we only went twice. On our second visit, we found an insect inside the pancakes. The only reaction from the staff was to tell us to “take something else from the buffet,” which is already supposed to be all-you-can-eat. No apology, no solution. Even worse, we repeatedly found insects in the food during our stay. These conditions are unacceptable and far below any expected standard. This hotel ruined part of our trip. We strongly advise against staying here.

Rooms are very old and run-down: peeling paint, outdated furniture, and rusty equipment. Daily power outages, twice a day, once in the morning and again around 7 PM. Very slow and unstable internet, frequent disconnections. Lots of mosquitoes in the rooms, especially due to open ventilation grilles in the showers. No mosquito nets above the beds, which is unacceptable in this climate. Not all rooms have air conditioning: I booked two rooms, and only one had AC. The other only had a fan — it was unbearably hot, like being in a steam room. Couldn’t open the windows due to the mosquito problem — we got bitten all night despite using a strong repellent. Room cleaning is not done daily. Breakfast is very basic and overpriced. I strongly recommend having breakfast outside — it’s cheaper, more generous, and of much better quality. Poor location: the beach in front of the hotel is full of large rocks — impossible to walk or swim barefoot without getting injured. No evening activities except a fire show that takes place at the neighboring resort.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, doing their best despite the conditions. The overall atmosphere is fairly quiet.

YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND PROBABLY WON'T FIND ANOTHER ACCOMODATION BE CAREFUL. It's filthy, it's dirty, it's full of moss, the bathroom and the toilet are full of rust and the floor sink is wide open inviting more geckos and cockroaches. The room smells like something died there, and if you have respiratory problems you probably won't sleep (I honestly don't know, I just left as soon as I came and went to another hotel). When I went back to the reception counter, the person wasn't even slightly surprised (apparently it's their trade model, you book, you pay, you leave, and suddenly they can rent it again ! Of course, they take your money) Did I mention that the moment I tried to open the room fan a Gecko crawled from under the pillow ? I can't possibly imagine how this hole gets more than 1* rating. Maybe okeyish for young european backpackers? Who knows.

Rien ! Je ne suis même pas resté dans la chambre 5 minutes et j'ai changé d'hôtel avec ma femme. Nothing! I spent 5 minutes in the room, almost had an asthma attack, met the local gecko IN THE ROOM and changed hotel (thanks to Tuna Bay for finding us a room last minute)
