Every time the shower was used, water splashed onto the floor and soaked the entire area around the toilet, leaving it damp and uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a lingering unpleasant odor that detracted from the overall cleanliness of the small toilet. The hotel is situated a considerable distance from the main road, which can make access somewhat challenging. However, using a ride-hailing service like Grab is an affordable option, although it may still present some logistical inconveniences for guests.
The lobby and staff provided an exceptional level of service, making check-in a smooth and pleasant experience. The bed in my room was spacious, allowing for a comfortable night's sleep, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly, keeping the room at a perfect temperature. The room itself was modern and tastefully decorated, featuring contemporary design elements that made it feel both stylish and inviting. Additionally, all the furniture appeared to be brand new, which added to the overall cleanliness and fresh atmosphere of the space. It truly felt like a well-thought-out environment for relaxation and comfort.

I loved the spacious room. It was extremely clean and staff were very efficient. The breakfast while limited, was delicious. Although it was only for one day, I really enjoyed my stay here and will come here again for my short stays. Aircon was also cold and nice

Staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean. And there is a Smart TV with working TV channels (which I could hardly find for the past few hotels I've stayed in).

SingaporeThere's nothing to nitpick and honestly for a 3-star, it's pretty good. Breakfast was not bad. Unless one expects alot from a 3-star otherwise I think Fives Hotel Meldrum is good. And anything one could not find in the room, can simply check with the frontdesk or housekeeping and they will gladly help out.
I like it that the hotel is new and clean. Spacious room because I usually booked bigger room as I needed the space. Staff is helpful and nice (from doorman, frontdesk, food & beverage staff to housekeeping staff).
