Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

MalaysiaIt just with their sheets and blankets, they must be more cleaness. A little bit smelly with the enviroment to room, stairs cause of smoking. The toilet little bit slippery but the give a pair of slippers. Just make sure all the room was come with good condition
The hotel was in strategic place which is you can go to I-City Shah Alam within 5 to 10 min. There's has optional parking near with restaurant. The room was okay, smell good. Tv functioning well, but if wanna chill with movie night just bring your own pen drive

Malaysiai came for my booking late night but the staff asked me for look for other hotel because their hotel doesnt fullfill the facilities. (tv). so i go for another hotel, but i asked the staff whether they will charged on my card or not. he said no, will not charge me. unfortunately for the next day booking was charged on my card due to no show. i came back to the hotel to refund my money but he cannot assist me. im very upset with their service. very bad.
