The amenities are quite far, there is nowhere to eat or drink at walking distance. You need to book a taxi to get to centre or the beach.

The place is new built and modern, very clean, with amazing sea view. The room we stayed in was spacious, air conditionned and very comfy. The staff replies to requests very fast and are very helpful and polite. Everything is explained really well at check in and checkout. We recommend this place.

The property itself was not the issue just some other guests. We had a room right next to the kitchen and others disregarded the quite times - doing dishes at 3am, cooking, chatting aswell as not cleaning up after themselves. Not really anything the host can do about though. I will definitely stay again but preferably in a different room just cause I’m a very light sleeper.

The property is located just outside of the main busy part of batu Ferringhi up the hill from the beach in a quite part which was lovely. We drove but there’s also a bus stop at the bottom.

One small recommendation would be to add a large mirror in the room. Just something that would make getting ready a bit easier. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I had an incredible experience at this house! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how pretty the house is. The interior design is absolutely stunning and the sea view from the house is simply mesmerizing. The room was extremely comfortable and the facilities provided were top-notch. The owner was also very responsive and kind making the whole experience even more pleasant. When I first booked, I honestly thought it might be a scam because it was so underrated, but I’m so glad I took the chance. This place is a hidden gem and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.Definitely worth a visit!

Shower low pressure.

The place was huge, clean and quiet. View was good as on high ground facing the sea. However if the water pressure for the shower can improved. It would be a good.

Would be more convenient if you had a means of transportation. But the bus stop is just down the road. No shops/restaurants around, so just have that in mind!

This is a beautiful, spacious villa in a quiet neighbourhood with beautiful views. As digital nomads, we appreciated the space; it was perfect for working. The house was quiet during our stay, and we appreciated the common kitchen and washing machine. Although the room is tiny, it doesn't matter with the shared space the villa provides.

It is a big isolated but if you have a car or scooter no problem! Also grab for food delivery or taxis :)

Just a gorgeous place! We came for a little workcation and there was so much space. Loved the views from the second two floors and had some of the best sleep of our lives.

The room was not having any windows even though it was not mentioned beforehand. There were ants in the bathroom and room. It was getting really hot in shared spaces so it would be unbearable to stay there. The location is not that great either the house is far from everything.

Price is ok. The shared spaces were good and big. Bathroom was great as well.

The Water pressure was low and was bad for comfortable showering and the window of the bathroom can be viewed by nearby apartments. The beach is not assesible eventhough short distance away.

It is spacious and clean.
