We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Malaysia-reception smells cigarette and dark, no light -staff looks horrible, no proper attire: wear singlet, didn't have any changes inside the money's locker, gangster looking. -upstairs dark and smelly -inside the room: toilet very smelly, aircond not working well, the whole room smelly. 5 minutes check in, we decided to left the room and look for other nearby hotel.
