One of the toilets upstairs was choked. Flushing system not powerful enough.

Host very responsive. Apartment in a quiet location, peaceful, but yet not too far away from food and shopping. Check in was a breeze. The Duplex has 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets. Very convenient for all.

A very cozy and comfortable space by Stayrene at Elysia Park Residence. The hot area at Eco Botanic with lots of restaurants is within driving distance. Room wise, we have chosen Three-Bedroom Apartment Suite, it's a loft concept (upper floow with staircase) with 3 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. The host is very responsive via whatsapp, self check-in instruction provided clearly. Overall an excellent experience and good value for money. High recommended.

Everything was superb. Towels were little smelly.

High floor duplex apartment with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. It has washing machine. Check-in was super easy. Family mart, fuel station is 10 mins drive. There's a 711 nearby, 2-3mins drive.

Property had some ants crawling around the kitchen, dining and bedroom. The sofa also didn’t feel as clean.

Property was pleasant with the great location and view. Security was tight too and we felt safe and assured that not anyone can enter the property, grabfood also had its own holding area near the guard house.

The smell of the room and the bedding, pillow cases. The bedsheets and pillow cases are not clean.

We were allowed to check-in, though it was already 2am.

No plastic bags for trash although we stayed for a week. Sponge they left in the kitchen felt like it survived 2 world wars. Ugh brother. The host is like mr. robot. Communication is 100% reactive and give 0 impression that they care about you or your stay with them. Hanging clothes area is funny. Funny because you go through the bathroom to hang your clothes under the AC unit. Speaking of AC the position of it in the room is awkward directly positioning the bed and it doesn't circulate well around the house. You get hot very easily in this apartment. Trash bags are essential for a better review. You're getting 2 points off your review as a principle for not putting them. Trash bags are as much of a necessity as toilet papers.

Location is amazing, the building and facilities are very good. The apartment itself is OK. No smell, adequately clean and good water pressure. The location, the ease of parking, and facility qualities are good. The view to the park with the crown is the creme de la creme. I love these Johor crown decos in their parks. Going off to a bit tangent here.

The TV is not a smart TV (but only can open youtube) and doesn't have netflix or disney channel on it so quite boring and we don't know how to get the TV's channels. Only can open youtube.

Love the airbnb, the house was aesthetic, spacious and clean. also the guard are very friendly and helpful about where to find spot for parking and so on.

The sofa have some "questionable" stain. Main living room have some vinegar-like smell. Perhaps deep cleaning the sofa and adding some timer based automatic air freshener will help

This is related to the building management. Their access card to the parking lot isn't working well. It kept on detecting our car rfid instead of the card. It's really troublesome cause we had to close the rfid tag on our car shield(gotta climb cause the tag was placed near the car roof on the passenger side) then wave the card until it detected. But most of the time it doesn't & the guard has to open the gate for us.

Worth every money. Their staff are extremely professional & excellent. They provided excellent service. Once I requested extra mugs, while texting the staff.. the housekeeper was already in front of our house to send the mugs. Very efficient. Deposit was refunded in a timely manner as promised. The house was clean and comfortable. Ps: pictures were after check out
