Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I booked seven rooms. The rooms are basic but clean. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Very efficient. They allowed some groups to check in even when I was not there. Thank you so much Shera ( I hope I get her name right) and gang.

The rate is unexpectedly affordable despite festive season (checked in on 27/12 for a night stay). Staff in the reception was friendly when we asked about the alternative road from the hotel to our event space and most importantly she welcoming us in a big smile. Room was neat and tidy, and it was a Muslims friendly hotel. I just hope there's more space to perform solat in more comfortable manner. Aircond was cool enough. I enjoyed their TV channels, not like a typical budget hotels. I love their toilet mirror, equipped with lighting so I can do my makeup well.

SingaporeHand towels would have been good as we only had a set of bath towels. There was no hand soap except for 3 in 1 shampoo. I didn't notice there was no fridge in the room. Also, the room facing was the main road which meant a bit of noise like loud motorbikes in the night.
The pictures were representative of the room i booked. The staff was friendly. The room was clean & well maintained in spite of the hotel age. I was told the hotel was completed in 2011. There was security for cars parked outside the hotel.
