The location of DoubleTree Damai Laut was quite remote, making access to nearby facilities challenging. Getting dinner outside the resort was inconvenient, as we had to drive approximately 40 minutes to an hour just to find dining options.

We truly enjoyed the swimming pool, which felt like a theme park, it was the highlight for our kids. The breakfast spread offered a great variety of options, and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating to our needs. The ATV experience was also a memorable activity that the whole family enjoyed together.

They should offer the dinner buffet everyday instead of making it subject to occupancy. The hotpot buffet is nowhere near as good and could easily be replaced with a more continuous dinner buffet offering. There should be tablecloths for the dinner buffet - it could help add to the ambience.

Its clean, comfortable and spacious with wonderful and gorgeous sunsets. The welcome cookies at check were very well received, as were the lobby water and juice stations that were available throughout the day. Very friendly and helpful staff too. The breakfast/dinner buffets were delicious and really good value for money.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Really appreciate your services. All staff are friendly and nice. I even get my opportunity to upgrade for seaview and executive lounge. Nice place for relaxation and far from city. I like nature.

I would definitely rate my experience a 5 out of 5! I had a truly enjoyable stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut Resort. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Even though there were some flies around, it didn’t bother me at all because there were so many fun and memorable activities that kept us engaged throughout the stay. Thank you for the great hospitality I would love to return again in the future!

I just got a little off with the amount of flies.

The property was maintained so well and clean. I was really happy with the room and the facilities around. The staff were so kind and they gave some amazing cookies upon arrival. The food was good and tasty. They were so kind and attentive. My son had a cut from a fall and the staff attended to him with such care. I was really happy to see such treatment from staff. Overall it was an amazing vacation.

Nice bedroom comfy bed and i like the toilet. The resort is full of activities. I love their pool and beach. But i was a bit disappointed that the jet ski is out of order.
