Basement parking is provided but the ramp is very narrow and tight. Have to be super extra careful while turning the car when going up and down using the ramp. Number of parking bays are limited. Have to pay RM 11 for the parking fee, should be FOC as i stay as a hotel guest, not as a visitor.

Location is very strategic, located just nearby Pavilion shopping center. Walking distance to Damascus and Halab Arabic Restaurant, and other malls and facilities. surrounding is very safe as there are many tourist walking around. Room is spacious and comfortable. By the way, i prefer to get bottled mineral water instead of filtered water from the tap. The tap is damaged and leaked so i feel unsafe to drink direct from the tap. Breakfast is okay.

Second time we came to Dorsett Residences. We knew what to expect. Location great. The apartment was smaller but cosier. Cleanliness and comfort great. The rooftop pool was a plus, had a good relaxing time there at night before it closed, wonderful evening lights around.

Check-in service. Should have at least 3 frontline staff to check-in hotel guests especially during peak period! There was only two. The process still takes too long! All hotels should brainstorm and come up with a procedure to shorten the process.

ROOM: The room was big & spacious. It was clean and so was the bathroom! I didn't like the idea of toothpaste coming in a paper/plastic inside packaging. It was difficult to get it open because there was no perforation to ease the tear! Two packets were insufficient although it is replenished daily. Start with 3 or 4 packets. BREAKFAST: This was fantastic! At MYR35 per person, it was a steal! The food was good and so was the spread! LOCATION: Cant beat Grand Millennium, Parkroyal Hotel, Ansa or Wolo. They are smack in the middle of Bukit Bintang but I guess there's nothing you can do about it so may I suggest that you drop this question altogether in the future.

The sound travel a bit too much in the corridors. We heard other residents walking on the corridors a bit too much.

We were in KL for a few days with daughters. Dorsett Residences was good. We travelled mainly by Grab so I cannot say if location was good for LRT. But it is near to many eateries, Pavillon just next door. They kept the luggage for couple of days we went to Melaka. Ths staff very friendly, polite and helpful. An enjoyable stay. Definitely recommend.

Carpark is really narrow.

Excellent location. The suite was big and spacious to stay in. Some of the facilities in the suite was not working properly when we entered but it was quickly fixed by hotel.

The location is really good as it is near the major shopping malls of KL. Additionally, I liked that a filter water tap is provided thus there is essentially an endless supply of filtered water for drinking. Breakfast is good enough with ample choices

We had fish and chips for Room Service. It was the WORST PLATE of Fish&Chips that we had. Especially coming from a Hotel Kitchen. It was not only Cold, but it was soft and lumpy. Not worth the experience

Double mattress was too firm, hard floor in all areas, water temp was not always hot, better cleaning and bugs clearly on surfaces.

2 bedroom suite was spacious. 2 bathroom was convenient. Washing machine and kitchen was useful. Elevators were quick for 21st floor and WiFi was strong. Breakfast options were great, fresh pastry options were excellent. Lots of storage with in room iron.

I actually lost my earrings in the room. We couldn't find it despite several searches and the mini bar was not working.

The water filter in the room was so unique and very useful for the baby. We did not have to worry about getting water from the shops at all times.

Initially we were assigned in the residency tower, which was not really up to our expectations based on the pictures we saw in booking. However, next day we requested to move to the main hotel, which was excellent. Thanks to Slahelddin Zunir the receptionist

I got dust mite allergy from the bed. Swollen itchy eyes. Had to buy dust mite spray. Hot water wasnt really working in the morning. In the evening it was working fine. Aircon wasnt really adjustable. Either very cold or totally off. Tv was difficult to turn on, no netflix.

Close to many shops and shopping malls. Washing machine/dryer included. Cooking utensils and pans available. Spacious for family of 4. We got 4 keys so our sons could go to the pool whenever they want. Water bottles and clean towels every day.
