I didn't like that the main corridor to walk to your room has Aircon compressor outside making it very hot and the main corridor looks dated and needs some renovation. I didn't like the fact that there's no option for valet parking services to pay. I didn't like the fact that the room was situated at the very end and have to walk very far.

I like the fact that the resort have a chalet vibe to it and every unit has a sea facing view. For the price point I think it is worth the money.

Got renovation in the room beside ours. Knocking, drilling etc. Breakfast menu can improve more. But understandable since there were not many guests in the weekdays.

At first, I was hesitant to book this hotel because of reviews. But I decided to give it a try anyway, and I was pleasantly surprised. The place was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean. The only downside was that the lobby area felt a bit warm.

The hotel room interior could do with some renovation. The bathroom was 1970s , everything was old and don't feel like it belong in a current hotel vive

The beach was nice and it was the main attraction for the resort. I wish there are more activities at the hotel because it can get boring for guests (since the location is further from the town)

No personal safe box in the room. Aircon could have been colder. The breakfast was average, although there was a decent spread.

Location was good- just by the coast. The room was spacious, with a large luggage rack.

Nothing much to do besides the spa. The therapist named Melur was really good. She has lots of experience and knew exactly the area that required help

The breakfast spread really a revamp!

I love the spacious royal suite.. Eventough the facitilies and surrounding a bit date but the hotel rooms facing sea view was a bonus.

Cleanliness was fair but could be improved. The balcony was not cleaned, and there were many lizard droppings. As for the room, it was tidy, but the floor corners were dusty. Breakfast was fair but lacked variety.

only 1 lift is working, and staff also using same lift as customers to bring up the towels. we had to keep waiting for next few lifts to pass by before we could get in.

The breakfast buffet had some decent choices of nasi lemak, mihun, lontong kuah, roti canai, salad pastries. How ever Im sorry to share they were not good 🙏🏻 need to work on those recipes

I love the location & the beach very much. You can chill by the beach at night too as they put lights on at the chill beach area. I stayed at their garden room at lower ground easier to get to pool and beach. And the toilet for these type of room is clean and well maintained

The curtain's room is not ironed and it killed the mood. The sink is clogged and the floor is dusty. I hope their team can improve better.

I love how spacious the dining area is and there is so much variety of food to be chosen for breakfast. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room can be considered "pretty close" to the beach and the view is so pretty. Suitable for family vacation.
