the TV was not working. the corners were dusty. they only make up room once every three days so we had to use same towel for 3 days

Room is clean, complete with amenities. Quite spacious for 1 single bed and 1 queen bed. Easy check in, staffs are nice.

Staff is friendly, check in was easy, room was ready with basic facilities but good quality: bed is comfortable, bedsheets and towels are clean, hot water works well, aircon ok, family room was quite big with table, chair dan dressing wardrobe. They provide simple breakfast: coffee, tea, milo, water, filtered drinking water, bread-butter-jam and the toaster, as well as half-boiled egg for all guests. Good to go before morning activities.

The hotel ceiling is leaking onto the mattress, causing a stain on the mattress in room 28.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very attentive to every detail. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering all the comfort I needed. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Room was clean and the location is easy to find. There's a convenient shop nearby to buy some snacks and drinks before bed. Parking space is easily accessible and plenty. There's a self laundry nearby to clean my laundry the night before checkout. Not to forget there's light breakfast provided by the hotel.

seeing that it was a last minute booking, it was ok. relatively big room and comfy beds. ac was cold, we loved it. bare essentials was enough 👍

1-doesn't have hair dryer in the room, reception mention whole hotel only have 3 hair dryer, which means after 3 ppl borrow it u don't have hair dryer to use. 2-they don't have any parking for guest, outside parking space is very limited

Very impressed with the 24hr staff who served us even though our family reached very late (after midnight 1am); he addressed my husband by his name so politely 😀 The family room we were allocated was so spacious and clean, simple like muji style.. Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows n 4 towels/toothbush sets.. Appreciate☺️☺️ Simple hot breakfast provided from 8am onwards, with bread/eggs/coffee/tea was provided.. Biscuits at the counter was available 24 hrs.. Very generous.. Thk u

We noted that there was only conditioner shampoo provided and no bath gel or body soap. We had been told that the conditioner shampoo was 2 in 1 or dual purposes, can use for shower and hair washing. Apart from that, room services was only done once every two to three days.

The breakfast was simple and suited to my taste. Apart from that, its location was prefect because nearby laundry shop and convenient for us to go out with friends for shopping, etc.
