MalaysiaThe hotel was terrible bad , the bed was smelly and very thin. Can feel the spring on the bed. Not worth even for rm110 . Our room was ground floor and infront has staff toilet. It was damn noisy untill we can hear staff using the toilet and flashing all. Was terrible and even early morning they staff was vomiting in the toilet. We couldn’t sleep through the night because the noise and the bed quality!

JapanChose to stay at ground floor because of the medical issue but greeted with loud noise from staff, not working tv, dirty linens and towels, not working properly water dispenser and insects in toilet. Stayed here because of the location close to the clinic.
