United StatesMy room was atrocious. I thought that all of the rooms had a “vintage” vibe until I saw my neighbors room which was fully renovated. My room was dark with very cheap, dim lighting. Some of the furniture should have been discarded. The mattress was old and not supportive. I got lower back pains from sleeping on it. It’s too bad because the service from every staff member was impeccable. I would highly recommend this hotel only if you check out the quality of the room that the front desk is assigning to you. I wish I would have done that.
The staff is what made the whole experience enjoyable at this location. They catered to my every need including shipping a sweater that I left behind. They were very attentive in the dining room and when I needed something delivered to my room. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I don’t know the gentleman’s name who ran the dining room but his service was impeccable. It was a short distance away from the tea plantations.

Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Well located between Tanah Rata and Brinchang towns. There is a steamboat restaurant next to the hotel. You have a convenient store at Shell station (with Fuel Shack) across the road. The weekend night market also not far from the hotel.

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. Check-in was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The weather was pleasantly cool, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is ideal—quiet, peaceful, and away from the hustle and bustle, yet still conveniently accessible. Our room was impressively spacious and featured not one, but two balconies offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. It was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the serene atmosphere. Dining at the hotel was a standout experience. The restaurant staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, with special mention to the F&B Manager, Mr. Rajoo and Ms Aqillah (unsure, if i got her name incorrect but she's an indian muslim lady who is 6-months pregnant) who worked tirelessly throughout. Despite being short-handed during our visit, he was hands-on and supportive, ensuring guests were well taken care of. His leadership and dedication truly made a difference. The breakfast spread was generous, offering a wide variety of options to suit every palate. Every meal we had at the restaurant was delicious—flavorful, well-presented, and satisfying. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the tranquil location to the outstanding service and fantastic food, it’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

SingaporeDuring breakfast I noticed the coordination between the serving and the kitchen team can be improved further so that the guests will not experience empty food at buffet line with no glasses and plates. Food and dinner wares should be replenished on time. I did not see any games/play room for children and adult to occupy their time in case they are not able to venture out because of the weather.
Breakfast was good. Good attempt to provide international breakfast spread. If fish curry or sambal tumis comes with the pratas that will be superb. Rooms are well kept and clean and the location of the hotel is good for those who prefer quiet and peaceful stay.

AustraliaMy room had a musty odour and I noticed small spots of black mould on the ceiling over the bathroom sink and desk. When I complained, they sent someone to spray scent to disguise it. It was late at night so I didnt push it. It would have been nice to be contacted the next day to be offered a new room. Anyway, I was only there for 2 nights and my schedule was full on. It was room 511 on the 5th floor. My friends on the 3rd floor had no issues. I think they need to thoroughly clean the walls and ceiling that room.
The on site restaurant was actually quite good. Very convenient for dinner after a long day battling traffic jams (yes, in Cameron Highlands!). The puri was taaty and presentation was good. My room was big and spacious and the bed was but see below.

Singaporefirstly, the hotel seems a little old, there is only 1 elevator. the ceiling of the toilet is not straight especially at the shower area. secondly, there are only standing fans available. would be better if there are heaters as the room gets cold in the middle of the night. thirdly, the walls between other rooms are thin. we are able to hear the other rooms easily.
the staffs are warm and friendly, room is clean and comfortable, breakfast is delicious and has a big parking area.
