The picking up and returning of keys is ridiculously far. Not within the same location.

On our last day before check out. The owner of the house came without notice and unlock our apartment door at 8am (without ringing the bell). He should first check with the management before came and unlock our apartment

Preferably the property key to be collected in the same building instead from the other building (3 mins away)

The surroundings of this apartment look scary at night . Parking lot looks abandoned.. I need to go to level 5 to park the car.. Level 1 to level 4 closed, not sure why..

The check-out time has been changed to 11 AM instead of 12 PM as stated on the website. If additional time can be provided for packing, it would be greatly appreciated.

because we are taking bus and alight near the Legoland, thus, collecting the appt key from the office need to walk quite a distance, about 20-25 min.

location was good, just a stone throws away to the Legoland. very convenient to the nearby mall, breakfast not an issue.

No ventilation in the toilet. Leading to a smell in it after usage. Suggestion to put a automatic air fresher in the toilet.

The security guards were friendly. Within walking distance to Legoland.

Key collection abit inconvenience, because key collection box location is not the same as the location where we booked (condo). we need to take a grab to the key collection point at Airbnb's office, but thanks for the key return can drop in the condo designated box.

Fair price with a good location just opposite Legoland very convenience, walking distance with a few minutes. Homestay office staffs are good and prompt service. We got the unit facing Legoland and nice view.

I don't like check-in method have no easy at here because need go to another building and need call to grab taxi for go to building open room. But it no problem for somebody have rental or personal car.

Not clean enough and facilities is very limited. Only one cup and few utilises to use the kitchen and the machine is not a real dryer but airflow function only while no space for hanging clothes.

While the apartment was 800m easy walk to Legoland, we had to take a taxi 1.2km away both ways (because we had our suitcases) to collect the keys They also required a deposit of RM200 for the keys and to physically return the keys to the pick up point (needing another taxi ride with suitcases) and refused to allow a drop in the apartment’s mailbox even though we had to leave quite early to get to our next destination. A major inconvenience which defeats the purpose of staying across the road from Legoland Please note as well to bring your own hand soap. Body wash and shampoo is provided

The ants in the house. Dunno where they came from but we managed to kill off quite a bit of it. Didn't like the inconvenience of having to drive to another location just for the pick up of keys and having to drive there to return the keys.

Sliding door securing/ lock not functioning. Dangerous for active kids where they have access to the balcony unaccompanied. Check in/ out procedure is quite a hassle where u need to pick up the key at a different location.

Parking to level 5 was bad. Checking in have to be another building. The apartment have to drive around 3km to reach.

Near to legoland. Mall and 7-11 near too. High level.. windy everytime.. lego for the kids for entertainment in the house.

Parking is not easy to access, need to turn lots and lots of round to go up or down the parking. Me and my girl got nausea each time going up/down the parking. Kitchen facility like knife is broke into half and there are no plates. The sofa pillow is white and its dirty

The property is near to legoland and midini market. Only 5 minutes walk. The bedroom is clean.

The scan door was not working and we were waiting outside with my baby n a child for 15-20 mins for the staff to come n open the door. Even after switching on the heater the water wasn't hot. And when I booked at d'pristine I was asked to go over to pangsapuri meridian medini to pay the deposit. I think they really should start a paynow acc for Singapore travellers I think it's a hassle to go over to another apartment to pass the money n travel bk. u would rather just book at pangsapuri meridian medini itself. The pillows inside the wardrobe were in a terrible condition. And the carpark is terrible and confusing.

When I requested a change to pangsapuri meridian medini the staff immediately agreed. The apartment was clean. Very near to Legoland. There were things for toddlers such as mugs, plates, babycot and toys.
