Loved this place. Location was great, near to lots of night markets and the seafront. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean sheets everyday, bedroom was nice and well looked after. Would definitely recommend.

toilet exhaust fan is not working. i informed them to fix it. a bit noisy becoz of the location near to the main road.

The reception was very modern looking but the rest of the hotel looked in need of renovation.

Very good location for exploring the city. Ferry port is very close. Only a few minutes from the night market with delicious food options.

The heavy traffic noise as the Hotel is located next to the main road.

The location is at the city center, near to the airport and you can find a lot of famous food & beverages outlets within walking distance. The Hotel allowed us to store our luggage after check-out as we are taking a night flight back to hometown. The Hotel does not have a lift. However, a male staff is polite and kind and helped us to carry down our heavy luggage from the reception which is located at the 1st floor.

I was travelling on a budget, so I expected the "you get what you pay for" scenario... with this in mind, the room was a lot better than I had anticipated. During my stay, some of the rooms were getting renovated - so I think any issues I had will be improved soon, the main room was fine, just needs a little more furnishing (bed side table / chest of drawers) and a wee touch of paint for wear and tear on the walls. The bathroom needs some updating, but it functions very well, free toiletries were provided, and it was very clean.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, anytime I had any difficulty - they were happy to help and be as accommodating as they could be. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning was very good for those hot days - also, wifi speed was very good. The hotel was also well equipped to facilitate beverages if required, having a drinks freezer near reception and a cute takeaway coffee shop downstairs. The hotel location was perfect for me, near Jesselton Point for Island hoping, near plenty of stores, restaurants, and tour shops for excurrisions. Definitely would recommend this hotel if travelling with a budget, they have great staff and a great location.

Basically nothing Maybe some people dont like that the hotel doesnt have a lift but that is a small matter for us 😂 The staff also offered to bring our belongings up/down. Suggestion: To install towel rail somewhere else in the bathroom (i.e behind the door) instead of under the sink 😊

- spacious n clean room. Looks like newly renovated space. - very strategic location. Walking distance to todak waterfront, pasar filipine, suria sabah mall, pasar malam & other convenience store. No need to worry about finding foods and stuffs. We had a very pleasant stay walking around for 2 days before our hike to Gunung Kinabalu. - Friendly & helpfull staff. Met 3 of them ( forgot the name) but all were welcoming. They also allowed us to leave our belongings under their care for 2 days. Those things that we didnt wanna bring to the hike. Tq so much! - they have their own small coffee shop at the entrance with 10% disc for in house guest. Tried their mocha iced, it was nice!
