wifi when inside the training room was really not good. but we manage to handle it with your supportive staff.

my door room cannot lock form inside, so i request to change to another room. the staff assisted me well, room was clean, neat & tidy.

The toilet is stuck by a lot of hair, very dirty. Sound proof normal, the window was very small. Front staffs need more training about the service courtesy.

13 floor is good, almost is connecting room. But due to my late booking, cannot get connecting room. Room no: 1310 is 1 king bed & 1 Single bed, suitable for 3 persons & not corner room and connected with 1309.

parking is not friendly to all fork because only have one lift at the corner and most of new comer not realize there is a lift. staircase not suit to old people too stiff.

- realised I left my phone charger two hours after checked out. Called the receptionist, he said he'll checked with the houskeeping and once he got the update will contact me back. After an hour, no one contacted me and I called back the receptionist. He mentioned the houskeeping did not give him an update hence he did not call me back. Smell something fishy. I sent an email to the hotel and surprisingly, no reply at all till now which is already a week since I left the hotel. So, as you read, you may judge yourself the whatever level of their staff. - booked 2 rooms a week before my arrival, requesting interconnecting ones. Unfortunately none of the rooms avaialable hence got "seperate" rooms. Surprisingly, both rooms that I got have the interconnecting facility. Wondering if a week period insufficient for them to arrange for such request? - small swimming pool size. Gym: one of the machine was broken. -parking info need correction. It mentioned RM1 per day instead charging the guest RM1 per entry.

There was smell of cigarette in the room. I checked in during night time. When I inserted the door card, the light didn't turn on automatically. I needed to walk in to the room to switch on the light manually. So scary ~~

The facilities need to be upgraded, such as the lift. Many of the lamps in the are not functioning. The room's air conditioning is not cool.

The swimming pool is really small for such a big hotel. You can't do laps, even short ones, as you'd reach the other side once you push off from the wall.

The room was spacious and clean. Location was good as it was easy and convenient for Grab taxis. I had breakfast at the hotel a couple of times. However, there are some coffee shops about 5 mins walk from the hotel and I had breakfast there most mornings. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I ended up having to stay for a couple of weeks and my stay was very comfortable.
