Super comfortable. Great view

It was relatively new, clean and comfortable with a great view from floor 23. Everything worked well. It was spacious, secure and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and a great wee night market on the Thursday night. Note. Sepang is a Muslim area so no alcohol around except at a price in the Holiday Inn bar next door.

If you wanted to cook the kitchen was extremely minimal - microwave only.

Communication with owner has no issue. Clear instruction given. Guide was helpful. Room is clean. Mattress is comfortable. Sofa bed is good

Very noisy water heater. Onwer informed earlier about it the noise was unbearable. It should be changed. We booked for 3 persons but only 2 towels and water given

Need to climb up the stairs first before can take the elevator. We brought 3 luggage with 1 of it weigh over 30kg so it is very challenging to drag it up. Fortunately the security offer to help bring it up until the elevator. This is the only downside, overall it is a very comfortable and safe place to stay😄

Everything. Great stay for a late arrival at the airport. It’s like a mini apartment!! The WiFi broke and the owner fixed it and then let us check out late

The heater doesn’t work despite checked with the management，we cannot solve it during our stay，therefore，can only take the cold shower that day.Hope it will be fixed soon.

The location since we need to be at the airport early the next morning. the surrounding was good. a lot of restaurants and convenient store.

I was having trouble locating the mail room based on the video given since the mail room has to be accessed from the parking. It would be good if the video includes a person demonstrates how to pick up the keys from the parking lot to the mail room.

Sofabed was very comfortable! There was also Netflix (hurray!). Room was very spacious. Carpet was thick and nice to stand on. Soap and shampoo were provided. 2 towels provided (smells nice). Bed was very comfortable too. There's sejadah and kiblat direction given to. Awesome!

Would be good if there was a washing machine as well so that I can do laundry everyday. Do provide extra plastic bags for rubbish disposal.

Price was very reasonable and staff were good

For people staying overnight it would have been good to have tea, coffee and sugar in rooms. Also we didn't have any bottles of water.

Room was cooled well, clean.& pool nice. Many great restaurants nearby..Price was good for 2 night stopover.

After long flight arranged airport pick up failed to arrive. Taxi was expensive as it was late evening . Room was lacking in basic supplies..Noisy work on the room above went until late & started early morning. More suited to long stay with own transport not stopover.. A long way from city without transport options.
