If you wanted to cook the kitchen was extremely minimal - microwave only.

It was relatively new, clean and comfortable with a great view from floor 23. Everything worked well. It was spacious, secure and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and a great wee night market on the Thursday night. Note. Sepang is a Muslim area so no alcohol around except at a price in the Holiday Inn bar next door.

Need to climb up the stairs first before can take the elevator. We brought 3 luggage with 1 of it weigh over 30kg so it is very challenging to drag it up. Fortunately the security offer to help bring it up until the elevator. This is the only downside, overall it is a very comfortable and safe place to stay😄

The heater doesn’t work despite checked with the management，we cannot solve it during our stay，therefore，can only take the cold shower that day.Hope it will be fixed soon.

I was having trouble locating the mail room based on the video given since the mail room has to be accessed from the parking. It would be good if the video includes a person demonstrates how to pick up the keys from the parking lot to the mail room.

The location since we need to be at the airport early the next morning. the surrounding was good. a lot of restaurants and convenient store.

Would be good if there was a washing machine as well so that I can do laundry everyday. Do provide extra plastic bags for rubbish disposal.

Sofabed was very comfortable! There was also Netflix (hurray!). Room was very spacious. Carpet was thick and nice to stand on. Soap and shampoo were provided. 2 towels provided (smells nice). Bed was very comfortable too. There's sejadah and kiblat direction given to. Awesome!

For people staying overnight it would have been good to have tea, coffee and sugar in rooms. Also we didn't have any bottles of water.

Appeared to be quite a complicated process. for checking in (i.e. lots of instructions) however if you followed them step by step then it was more straightforward than it first seemed. Strange entrance area (seems like you are entering via the back door car park) i.e. no reception or obvious entrance. However don't let that put you off but worth mentioning as this is a huge apartment block where clearly there are longer-term residents here (not just visiting tourists)

Amazing pool - highly recommend using this if you visit (5th floor). We stayed here just one night before going to the airport. Spacious and simple apartment - had everything we needed and was comfortable so recommend. Responsive friendly host (via the booking app). Loads of restaurants and shops within a short walking distance and a supermarket/mall. There was also a nice small night market whilst we were there so nice to wander through this and buy some cheap food and snacks.

The entrance through some kind of backdoor, corridor and lift feels a bit scary if you walk in alone. We missed some drinking water if you arrive. Wifi code not somewhere written in the room. Table near the couch would be nice.

Complete apartment with sitting area and kitchen. Close to restaurants, shoppingmall and a night market so you will not get hungry. Reasonable distance from the airport. Communication was very good. Reaction came very quickly.

Apartment still had teething problems from construction. Hopefully these will soon be fixed. The hot water system was VERY noisy. I only realized in the morning that it could be turned off from a switch in the bedroom by the bathroom door. Fortunately I was very tired and slept through until my alarm.

Excellent choice for an overnight stay near the airport. Much of it was self service. The security guys downstairs helped with my bags and obtaining the key.

It was easy to communicate before and during my stay. The staff were very pleasant during all my interactions with them. Their replies were clear and quick. The instructions on how to arrive and access the apartment were also clear. I didn't have any problem getting in, or leaving the keys when I departed. The security guards were also very friendly and helpful. I liked the apartment as it was a simple layout and all of the furniture was very new and comfortable. There was enough equipment for my one-night stay, and it would have been fine for a longer stay as well. It was clean and everything worked fine. In the afternoon I enjoyed using the gym. Though I didn't use the swimming pool it was very spacious and well kept. There were areas to sit outside, though I didn't do that due to the rain. It was a treat to have Netflix as well - thank you very much! I enjoyed that the most. The neighbourhood has a selection of restaurants and shops, with a little mall nearby. It is possible to walk from the Salak Tinggi KLIA transit station, which I did, but of course a Grab is easier and quicker! Overall it was a short but sweet stay and I would recommend this place. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
