The staffs are so friendly and the location is really near to the airport. Of course they have free shuttle!

Bus shuttles to the airport were every hour on the hour and then to get to terminal 2 it was 40 mins as they stopped at terminal 1 first. We booked a grab car which came quickly and took about 8 minutes to get us to terminal 2. Cost 30 R. They only had one option open for dinner which had very limited Malaysian food ( had burgers pizza etc. )so we ordered some local food from Grab which worked well.

Amazing enormous pool and front desk staff were so lovely and accommodating.

The building block we were in had just been painted and the paint fumes still permeated each of the bedrooms. We were grateful for staff to find similar accommodation in another building block.

With friendly welcome, we were checked in quickly. Hotel network was a little different with accommodation in building blocks and all on the ground level. Room was adequate for a short stay, it was clean and bright. Swimming pool was very good and spacious.

The room smelled of smoke even if it was supposed to be a non smoker room. There was just a shower towel and no face towel was provided.

It was 10 minutes away from the airport, convenient for early flights out of KLIA. The room had slippers and toothbrush

It’s not soundproof enough. In the middle of the night, noisy guests can be heard and when staff are pushing their trolleys.

They had issues with the hall access keys and took too much time to solve it. Also requested room service from the bar that i need to call them again as they took more than 40 min to provide a simple and quick request

The facilities are amazing. The rooms are comfortable, well equipped, and soundproof The breakfast is incredible and with so many options. It is a quiet location, and really pleasant with lots of vegetation. If you want to rest for a couple of days this is your place

Unfortunately, the air conditioner in my room leaked water onto the floor throughout the night. Having said this, as soon as I reported the leak to the front reception desk in the morning they were able to make another room available for me.

The hotel is located in close proximity to the KLIA 1 terminal. Convenient free bus shuttle between the hotel and both KLIA terminals. Hotel staff were very professional and pleasant to deal with. Enormous outdoor pool. Amazing buffet dinner and breakfast serving a wide range of food and drinks.

Great location for the airport. Rooms are generally clean. Good pool and bar area. Very convenient and comfortable airport hotel for an overnight stay.

Nice staff, but drink service very slow. Food was also good but slow to arrive. Mirror in the wash area lights up but not good lighting for make-up.

Great pool, with bar and poolside cocktails. Comfortable bed, may be a little firm for some Nice toiletries provided, lovely scented bodywash.

Staff were fantastic, I was not well when I arrived, and the staff went out of their way to help me. I'm very grateful for their support. The hotel itself was very nice with a beautiful pool and nice rooms.
