High floor - 23rd floor and great panoramic views of Penang. Very spacious flat. Lovely infinity pool and gym on rooftop. Conveniently located to drive to food and shopping places. It has a kitchenette - well equipped and clean.

Very nice and modern apartment with good view and parking facilities. Checkin process was long and complex, but follow the guide provided and it will be straightforward for checkin. Nice amenities provided, and the pool and gym have good views from the top floor, and are well equipped. Hair-dryer, iron and washing machine were provided.

The space was just nice for 4 adults and a 10yr old child. We enjoyed the night view at the sky garden on the most top floor. The unit is just as you see in the photos. The family was happy and enjoyed the stay.

The path from the car park to the suite can be confusing, requiring the taking of one flight of stairs to reach the lift level. Also there are only two lifts for the entire building so you can expect long waits in a 29-floor building depending on the time of day.

We enjoyed our two night stay. The condo looks like a fancy hotel with an incredible view of the city, an amazing infinity swimming pool, gym, sauna, playground, library etc. Upon booking, we received a very detailed document from Hon outlining everything we needed to know about staying there. Check-in was straight-forward, go to the guard with QR code to register up to 2 cars for secure parking, then scan QR to find the mailbox for the keys. Each room was clean and tidy, suitable for a large group because of the three large beds. Bathroom amenities, fast Wifi, smart television, fridge, laundry, stove top, kettle and extra bedsheets and comforters were provided. Hon was very kind and quick to respond to our queries via WhatsApp. It felt like such a luxurious accommodation near the heart of George Town! We would definitely book again in the future! Its was all set. You have all the facilities in the house. Extra pillows, blankets and other stuffs. It was perfect for family pax. As drove 3 cars. Parking lot reserved for 2 cars and 1 we can parked out side the building, would be consider first come first serve - no need to pay ya. But “not at the street”.
