Need to replace label at key room box. A few labels are worn out n difficult to read.(eg. JOHOR) Place shower head at the height 6 feet (room JOHOR) coz I have to bend while bathing. Provide a few clothes hanger.

i found one cockroach. the pipe for toilet was not functioning. the pipe for the sink was leaked. but we told the owner. she responded and apologised. we got rm10 for refund

Not a complaint more of a warning for those wishing to book this hotel. Booking.com on its information page for this hotel has the check in times as 2pm til 9pm. I arrived at 7pm to find reception closed and a note stating reception hours were 2pm til 6pm. Luckily, I was able to contact the host who was very hospitable, and I was able to check in over the phone. I messaged Booking.com about the error on their website but to date have received no reply.

Hotel is good choice for solo travellers like myself. Although the hotel is a little way out of town I was happy because It had all the basic requirements I was looking for and to a good standard: comfortable bed, clean bed sheets and towel, hot powerful shower, nice communal area with hot and cold water. It is also located in a lovely residential area with a great Malay/Thai restaurant about a 5 minute walk from hotel.

The housekeeping staff was with weird attitude and in bad mood, knocking the door once it's 12pm to check out and was with unpleasant words. I never encountered this issue at other place before.

The room is too cold with aircond on at night, so we wanted to use the fan. However, the room doesn’t have remote control for fan, so the fan speed was maintained at 5 (the max speed). We were too cold so we switched off the fan, but at one point we felt hot, so there were no balance temperature in the room. When we came to check-in, there is no people at reception. We tried to call the host, but the host asked us to wait. After 20min of waiting, the host gave us the check-in details via whatsapp. It would be great if the host can provide the check-in details to the guests prior guests arrival since it is self check-in. We drove 8hrs to the airbnb, so 20min of waiting was very tiring for us.

The location & the facilities are great. All basic requirements are there for one night stay.

For Sabah's room - If the homestay could provide black out curtains, that will be great, because the main light is too bright and fix wet wall For Sarawak's room - If the homestay pay attention to the room to fix wet walls and damp walls (bilik lembab sebab air dari bilik atas leaking)

there was no shelf or the like to store our clothes.? It would be nice to have them in the room. The compound would be nice if kept clean from the three leaves and the grass around the surface drain near the car park trimmed.

The room is a bit messy. Ada tahi cicak atas katil dan langsir koyak sehingga nampak cermin luar. Other than that the stay was quite okay.
