Superior double room with a view was just a view of the narrow garden at the back of the hotel, not mountains and jungle as I had hoped. The bathroom was old and needs an update. No temperature regulation in the room heat or AC, except for ceiling fan. Luckily the ambient temperature was ok.

Some of the fixtures and fittings in the room were a bit worn out/broken. It was a bit of faded luxury

The rooms were luxurious and they were cleaned promptly and well each day. The breakfasts were also delicious.

The toilet was a bit deteriorated and was not very pleasant. The room itself does not feel at all like a 5 star hotel. Wifi is very weak too and the restaurant also has room for improvement. Comparing to other hotels we have stayed in Malasya, this one does not feel like a 4 star hotel.

The location was nice and the staff was helpful. They moved our baggage to our room and it felt more like an hotel than other options available in the area.

the malfuntion bath tub

the room is spacious and exceed our expectations. however, we got room where the bathtub are not functioning. which cannot soaked in it, like what are the use of bath tub if u cannot soak in it right? breakfast is great. the most thing i love is we can hear azan.

There is only one thing is a problem here , no iron in the room , and the iron in the iron room is kinda old and it made my cloth burnt or something even when I set the heat to the minimum. Wish they provided proper iron in each room to avoid this kind of issue

The room was nice , cozy and beautiful , looks like they renovated or something from 5 years ago when I last stayed . All looked so good . They have nice view and also nice deco as well . The receptionist is informative as well

1. I came here to celebrate my birthday & to my surprise, the hotel didn't have anything special for me AT ALL. This is the 1st time i experienced such thing. I'm very disappointed with the hotel. 2. The breakfast was really bad. Limited choices offered. 3. The games (pool table) cant be utilized

The iron facilities not in room & don't have prayer matte for Muslim guest . The Bfast buffet should be improved more especially the dessert section.

Cleanliness in the unit should have been improve. Shower curtain already dirty n mold. Wood cabinets pretty old could have change to a new one.

We were very pleased with the front desk staff, especially Dani. He was very friendly, polite & attentive which made our stay pleasurable. Check in and out was smooth. The room was good and the water pressure was great.
