Cons Breakfast - not live up to 5 star rating.. underwhelming breakfast for this type of hotel. The staff didn't mention there is buffet area for the breakfast. They will give you menu and ask u to order from it, but most of the good food is at the buffet which left us confused. Staff - Staff didn't welcome customer, almost feel like they don't want to talk with us. Not feeling welcomed when checked in and we contacted online but the response is quite slow. Don't expect too much on staff hospitality

Pros Room is superb, exceeded my expectation. Location unbeatable, best location if u want to stroll around Malacca city. Pool - Very nice overlooking Malacca city.

From checking in to checkout, experience was smooth as silk, friendly & professional. This is our home away from home due to the brilliant location, on the river & the fabulous views. We were here before, this time we brought friends with us who are promising to return next year. Great proximity to shops & cultural exhibits. Ade & Hafiz are exceptional with their warm & helpful welcome. Room was exceptionally styled with fabulous private balcony views, very clean & room service was very attentive. We'll certainly be back.

The service in the restaurant was sometimes a bit slow, even though very few customers at the time. The breakfast was good, but dinner menu was limited and food was only average.

The staff were amazing throughout making a genuine attempt to assist with customer service. Location is fantastic by the river. We had a riverside view, which is definitely worthwhile for a few extra dollars.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic grounds and a great rooftop pool with a pool bar. Great room with the balcony and the breakfast was amazing. Location was walking distance to local entertainment spots and restaurants.

The restaurant was not as good as other similar hotels we had stayed in on our trip. At breakfast staff spoke very limited English which led to some confusion over breakfast egg orders and the buffet, whilst fairly extensive, was more suited to the Asian traveller (it’s their county after all) than perhaps Europeans. We didn’t eat in the restaurant for dinner as the menu didn’t look very exciting.

Very nice hotel in Melaka and in a great location close to Jonker Street. Our room was very spacious with a river view and balcony, with good storage for both clothes and luggage. Very comfortable room and super infinity pool on the roof of the hotel with about 10-12 sun loungers and a small pool bar. Great views of Melaka from the pool! Very helpful front desk staff who were happy to offer advice on sightseeing and restaurant recommendations.
