Very friendly staff. Clean. Good sized capsules. Comfy beds and black out dark inside. The reduced entry price to the lounge was great too.

It was a little hard to find. It’s level 1 near door 4.

Bed is comfy, presence of mirror, strategic location (near entrance), availabilify of indoor slippers, lockers for my luggage, thoughtful staff (giving me a lower locker for my big luggage) without me asking

i couldnt lock my capsule door, a little bit scared to leave my stuff while doing my business in the bathroom

I sent a message to request something and the staff were polite in their replies. Efficient and clear instructions during check-in and check-out. The place looks cool and is well-maintained. Pillow and mattress was comfy and the movement of air from the air conditioners prevented stuffiness. The temperature was just nice.

It would be good to have a small locker in the unit to put small valuables in while we go and shower. The locks on the toilets could do with some maintenance though that was not a major setback.

Toilet and washroom . Next room people check in can hear the noise. The shutter no lock and feel unsafe to keep things while go out for shower

Bunk Capsules a bit small in size but is sufficient enough for a couple of hours of sleep

The convenience of being in the airport, so I could sleep before the early flight.

The door of the capsule could not be locked, so someone opened it when I was sleeping and woke me up.

Hot drinks maker is a nice bonus. Clean bed and sheets, and many free books to read.

There is room for improvement in the toilet and bathroom facilities.

Close proximity to airport and silence for a good nap before next flight

Always feel good to be back and stay here for rest to catch early flight and after trip. Location is good and come with all you need

Very good place for stay after long trip with night flight or before. Can have good shower after tiring trip. 12hours stay based on check in time which is very good choice with no rush. Fast smooth Checkin and helpful staff.

Convenient location

Very noisy machinery all night. Maybe it was air con . But couldn’t sleep due to noise. Also other ladies making noise at night. They didn’t follow quiet rule

I loved the convenience of not having to leave the airport I loved how comfortable and cosy it was I loved how it was set out and that I felt safe

There was nothing I didn’t like and it caters to everyone from single traveler’s to groups and families

Location is superb with easy access to KLIA 2. Convenient for travellers with early morning flights to stay and avoid morning road traffics. Bed is comfy.

No night light. If you switch off the light, the whole capsule is pitch black, feels like you are trapped in a box. Once you get under the covers, feels hot as i don't feel the air conditioning. Had to open the door slightly for ventilation.
