We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThere aren't many restaurants around the area and the room does not have a microwave so will need to go a bit further out to get food. A little more utensils and cooking needs would have been helpful. The room was generally clean but some corners were a little dusty. Otherwise perfect!
The room was excellent! Cosy little room with a lovely view of the harbour. Most facilities were available. Good air conditioning, decent storage space. Since there were three of us the sofa was converted to a bed. Good working netflix account. The owner was super helpful and responded to our queries well. Its a bit away from shopping malls but there's a speedmart immediately downstairs with all the basic needs. Quite happy overall. Well worth the price! Will definitely book again if going to Johor.

MalaysiaWe only want to drain our cloth, but the washing machine broke, its spinning and washing, the door cannot open or stop. And there is some leaking while washing making the floor wet. We need to restart the process until its unlock for itself abd leaking at the same time. There is some dirt below bed like it has been not clean for a few weeks.
Pool is clean, lift not crowded, bathroom super nice, netflix super awesome, wifi so fast
