The only small downside was the long journey to Georgetown snd the Kek long se temple/ Penang Hill. (45mins to 1 hour each way) but on the plus side, the apartment is worth it and near Batu Ferringhi beach and Penang national park.

Really lovely spacious and well equipped apartments, with excellent swimming pool. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and clever clothes drying system. Right by the beach.

The price was a bit high, I don't know if it came from the host or booking but it seems a bit expensive even though the place was awesome it feels a bit off market. The security was off but it's being maintained so It'll probably get fixed soon.

Very good location near the beach. The swimming pool is perfect. The apartment is spacious and well furnished, the kitchen is fantastic. Bathrooms as well. The host answered very quickly and was super nice, he let us make an early check-in.

The apartment was spacious and clean and was in a fantastic location. We had two families (one of four people and one of five people) and we had plenty of room for all of us. The amenities in the apartment were great and very functional. The property was managed by Doel and he was great to deal with. He was very prompt with all of his responses and he gave us all the answers to our queries and some great recommendations.

The only thing that really could have been better was more towels - for example, there were no hand towels and no face washers; also decent sized bath mats would have been great.

Getting into the property was easy - with the key left in a lock box next to the Security team. We were impressed with the Security - they were helpful and friendly. Our rooms looked out onto a mosque - and the prayers did wake us at 6am each morning, but that wasn't a huge issue. We did use the pool a couple of times (which was patrolled by the Security team also).

Bathroom toiletries, towels, extra pillows, and cleaning products were provided. Check-in details were communicated clearly. The apartment was in a good location. 1 floor down and directly out to the swimming pool. Not overlooking the pool and beach was on the opposite side, so it was much quieter. Wasn't expecting much, as it's been a while since we last visited By The Sea. Pleasantly surprised at the clean, well-kept apartment that hasnt deteriorated and improved beach area.

The property is very large but can only allowable limited paxs. If can allow bigger paxs even at higher prices that will be value for money. We booked two units level 2 and 7. The size of the level unit can fit all. We would love that better.

Pool is the best in this property. Unfortunately we have never seen the sea so blue then the picture. We were weekdays and nobody take bath in the sea as us. The area is very local, they are very lovely. Happily we met lots of monkey on the beach.
