MalaysiaThe water heater wasn’t working, the house was full of ants and cockroaches. Not well maintained. Once checked only I informed the owner about the water heater but instead of sending technician, she sent house keeping to check again, and at last no one come to repair , we had to bath in cold water.

MalaysiaThe unit was in a deplorable condition and not as advertised. It smelled terrible, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The bathroom was smelly, and the bed had bed bugs. Additionally, the cabinets were damaged and locked, and the entire area had an unpleasant odor. The bathtub was extremely dirty. It was a complete waste of money and time staying there.
There is nothing I liked about the property; it was a complete waste of money. The pictures on Booking.com were vastly different from the reality. Please refurbish the unit for future customers.

MalaysiaThe cleanliness is really out of expectation. Bedsheets is not clean, toilet either. The room is very different from the picture : old and dirty (picture looks new and clean - picture was taken in few years back? I have no idea at all). Heater not working, hair dryer not working, extra bed sheet is not provided for the extra bed. Maintainence is very much needed to improve the quality of room. I was really really disappointed as my only expectation to the room is clean, but it turns out this way.
The location of the room is good. Staff/owner is always ready to reply
