SpainThe location. The sea is not as good as in the rest of the island probably due to being in closed bay and close to the boat’s peer. Room cleaning was not always perfect.
The breakfast was amazing, the staff really nice and there are few details that makes the difference such the welcoming drink and the free happy hour every day. The rooms are quite spacious and cozy.

MalaysiaWifi is not that stable but understandable. Was supposed enjoy the time without gadget but unfortunately still need to attend office call. And the fact that kitchen is in the bathroom...a bit off.
We had issue with aircond but on the 2nd nite it become worst. At 2am the water and ice came out from the aircond. We reported to the staff . He came on the spot, take it off and clean it for abt 1.5 hours the aircond is working fine again. I dont expect maintenance will attend us in the middle of the nite. But they did. Tq Bubu resort.

United KingdomBeach area down from resort very busy, from the photos I thought the beach was more secluded. When sunbathing you get a petrol smell now and then from the boats. All not hotels fault, just an observation.
Nice resort, rooms good and clean. Set in a nice are. Staff fantastic, all very professional and courteous. Free cocktail and canapés nice addition.

United KingdomRoom was incredibly expensive for what it was, quite basic, no TV or big mirror, we paid extra for sea view it was more like a partial sea view, still nice, but not worth paying that amount. The food and drinks were also so so expensive compared to other places, we ended up paying a fortune, for mediocre meals The wifi barely worked.
