MalaysiaOverall, the stay was pleasant, but I do want to highlight one concern. There was no phone in the room, which became an issue when someone mistakenly knocked on my door around 11:30pm. In situations like this, it would be really helpful to have a direct line to the front desk, especially in case of any emergencies. While the hotel uses QR codes for contact, it's not always convenient late at night. I hope the management can consider adding in-room phones or another quick way to reach staff for guests’ safety and peace of mind.
Aisyah at the counter was amazing! Super friendly and helpful — she really made my check-in smooth and easy. She explained everything in detail and even helped arrange my airport transfer without me needing to ask twice. Compared to others, she truly stood out with her kindness and great attitude. The hotel itself was clean and comfy, with a nice bed that made for a good rest. Overall, a pleasant stay — big thanks to Aisyah for the great service!

CanadaThe hotel is basic, new, and clean. They have an attached convenience store and many restaurants within an easy walk. The staff were kind and helpful. It's a new place so everything is still okay. You can hear your neighbours a bit. We chose this place because it was very close to the airport...but it isn't. The road ends at the hotel and the Grab has to drive a long way around to actually get to a place that is closed "as the crow flies". The taxi was so expensive that we could have stayed in a more expensive hotel beside the airport for the same total. This is not the fault of the hotel, but people should know when they book.

The location is right besides rows of eateries which served good food. Shout out to Kambing Hangus and Warisan satay ! Hotel provide very reasonable hotel shuttle transfer fr to KLIA 1 & 2 which is excellent. The locations is just within 30 mins during peak hours from.the airports which is super convinient.. Having iron facility in the room is excellent fir travellers. The staffs inc the valet cum.security ? and shuttle service staff Is excellent and very helpfull.
