The bed and floor wasn't as clean as expected especially since you can't wear shoes inside.

Great value for its price. Good enough facilities and location. But the best part is that it's relaxing and a great hub for meeting fellow travellers. My bed was close to Brian's bar which gets noisy at night but in a good way. It grows on you. I hope this place stays the same next time i visit. Also, I saw three chunky fluff balls. Apparently they don't get along lol These fellas were chill and moody af walking around the place 🙃

There is a bar connected to the hostel so if you're not out partying the noise can be very loud until 12-1am every night (except Wednesdays). Easily fixed with ear plugs.

Privacy, lockers available if you wish, great working AC to combat the humid temperatures, close to the main road and easily accessible, friendly hostel cats, helpful staff. Much cheaper to book direct as figured out when I extended.

Good backpackers place, June it's really nice person and help a lot if you need. Cozy place like home, you can rent a bike there... And also they have a bar! So some night was full of diferents hostel people, so nice. Beautiful cats going around. Cold and hot water for drink, hot water on the showers, really good location

Bathrooms were not very clean. Music from the bar is a bit too loud if you are staying in the dorms.

Good value for money, great location, equipped kitchen, nice bar with good atmosphere. Very kind and helpful staff. The host helped us to book a few tours and transportation.

Everything is super good here. The only problem is the bar . I am not party person. And normally go to sleep early . So for me the bar is a little bit noisy. But if you enjoy the night time with friends of course this place is your best choice.

Very good location. Easy to find delicious food or market. Just walk 10 minutes to the beach. And June is a great person. Very helpful and feel most welcomed. There's a big yard, if you can wake up early and enjoy coffee with the fresh air there. You can get all basic things here. Locker hairdryer hot water laundry........the most lovely part is the cats. I guess they are the true bosses of this place. The bed is cozy with the curtains so you have your privacy . Anyway a good place to meet some interesting people and just relax. Thanks for everything.

Only thing to improve could be to give towels, these are available at an extra cost. The only other thing to mention-not the hostel fault at all but call to prayer is quite loud in the morning and did wake us up most mornings with earplugs.

Super friendly owners of the hostel that are very accommodating and easy to organise boat trips and onward travel! The rooms are quite basic but perfect for what was needed. The bar is really great and sociable but also away from our room so didn’t affect our sleep.

Nothing, was exactly what I expected for the price.

The hostel is located in a great area, exactly where you want to be if you do not want to drive anywhere.. Walking distance to the beach as well as food and entertainment. There is also a really cool bar at the hostel.

The hostel is shabby and has seen better days, the kitchen and the common areas have a lot of clutter, the bathroom is clean, but not well-maintained. Overall, okay for the price.

It's a great location, the bed was comfortable, and there are cats all around.

Hard to talk with the staff before 2pm (I think they are sleeping before that aha). The bar just besides the room is often noisy until 1am (people screaming from karaoke...) which makes it difficult to sleep.

Nice and social hostel. The beds are very comfortable and very intimate (like a little capsule). Nice common areas and bar. Water filler and basics things to cool in the common kitchen. Well situated (in town near the beach). Many seats to chill / basketball ring to play.

the mattress on my bed (209 i believe) was really worn out so it had a hole in the middle, my back hurt every morning. the manager is not always there and no one else is so if you need something you’ll have to wait a very long time. he also was always with a long face when i asked about anything

i liked the fact that they had common spaces for travelers to meet and a basic kitchen with a fridge

The bathrooms have lots of ants and mosquitoes, the bar is very loud til late so make sure you bring ear plugs. The bar doesn’t have any soft drinks you can only buy alcohol? A few old, weird people were staying in the hostel which made it a bit uncomfortable. Make sure you request a bottom bunk as the air con doesn’t reach the top bunks very well and all the mattresses dip SO bad in the middle, it was like sleeping on paper. Only had air con in the rooms so as soon as you step out to socialise/shower/go to the toilet it’s instantly boiling.

The curtains on the bed, super close to the beach. The staff are so friendly and always happy to help. Lots of cats to cuddle. The mattresses are wider than a normal single bed size.

- the bathrooms were dirty and a bit run down - hard bed, pillows also not too comfortable - not a lot of space of shelf to put own stuff - can be a bit noisy because of bar next door but it’s not until very late so not bad

- the owner of the hostel is very attentive , easy and fast comms via WhatsApp - social hostel - cute cats around - book tickets and tours via hostel very easy and slightly cheaper, recommend to book via the hostel
