IndonesiaThe staff forgot to tell me to pay the tax on the first day, it's small mistake, but still could affect the trip.
This is my second time staying in this hotel, and i like how the quality is still very good. The room was great, and it also had a water dispenser to refill your bottle of water in the middle of the hot day. Besides that, I appreciate the early check-in option without paying.

MalaysiaIt was noisy at night time. No carpark provided, so it wad very hard to get a carpark and, it was park at our own risk.
The hotel is just opposite the Sunway pyramid hotel, and walking distance to Sunway pyramid shopping mall. Early morning we bought 'nasi lemak' with 'daging rendang' from the stall at roadside. Its so delicious...yummy!!

SingaporeThere is no ventilation in the toilet. So anyone used toilet for number 2, everyone suffers. The smell will be all over the room. Imagine there were 5 if us. Than the noise, omg we were staying at level 1 mind you there are on 3 floors. We stayed 2 nights and both night had fights and the next room the kids kept us awake by making noises and banging on the wall. the shower head can't adjust. .
So near to malls and sunway lagoon entrance. Bed was comfy. There was brush given. Hair dryer. Wifi. Tv with YouTube. Hot water jug. Cups. Liquid soap dispenser for shower. There is hot water and cold water dispenser on level 1.. There was hot water in the shower. There is water dispenser for drinks and snacks but only uses card.. A lot of eateries nearby.. there is also the self laundry place but you have to walk 5 mins to get there.

Stayed at Blue Lagoon in Bandar Sunway since we were visiting Sunway Lagoon and honestly, the location is perfect. Just a 5-minute walk to the park, which made everything super convenient. There’s a 7-Eleven just a few meters away and plenty of restaurants nearby, so grabbing food or anything else was easy. Check-in and check-out were fully digital using a self-service kiosk, and the staff at both times were really friendly and helpful. They also took a MYR 50 security deposit, which was refunded when we checked out. We had to check out early to head to Sunway Lagoon, and they were kind enough to hold our luggage for free until we returned, which was a big help. The room was quite small but definitely worth the price. They provided towels, dental kits and toiletries. No bottled water or tea and coffee sachets, but there was a kettle to boil water. A mini fridge was also available. The locker didn’t work and the bathroom door was broken, which was a bit of a downside. Ironing facilities were available in the common area. All in all, it’s a budget-friendly stay in an excellent location if you’re planning to visit Sunway Lagoon.

We were kindly informed by the hotel staff that there was a wiring issue and most of the rooms have the same problem & they could not do anything about it as it will cost the hotel a bomb to repair it 😮💨😮💨… 2) Near by Pub blast music too loud till late. Other than that … all is good

Malaysia1. During my stay around 8am in the morning, there's a housekeeping/ maintance came to our room using their access card while i was sleeping. I was so shocked (thought there's a thief coming inside my room) then i rushed to the front desk to inform them. Based on the staff, some of their housekeeping/maintance come to our room to fix some toilet issue due to complain but we didn't complain any damages in our room. I don't know how but maybe the staff that open my room should be aware of any guests before simply just coming inside any room. I was very shocked and uncomfortable. The front desk staff already apologized on behalf of them too so i just let it slide. But please train or inform any staff before doing any checking/maintaining before to avoid this issue. Shout out to the malay women staff (forgot to ask for her name)that on the front desk on shift during morning 29/3/2025 to able to solved the issue and assist us during the checkout also. 2. The 2nd issue i faced was the loud noise from outside in the middle of the night. I understand that the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and bars so I'm not mad or anything. It's kind of disturbing my sleep at night. But overall, i understand.
Everything was perfect. The room is clean and I'm very satisfied with the facilities. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel
