The biggest drawback was the uncomfortable beds, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the furniture and room conditions felt outdated and in need of refurbishment. Despite the spaciousness of the room, the overall atmosphere lacked the comfort and modern touch expected of a resort in this area.

I recently stayed at Resort Suites Sunway, and I must say, the experience was fantastic. The location is unbeatable, offering a breathtaking view of Sunway Lagoon, which adds to the resort's charm. The convenience of being close to Sunway Pyramid Mall made everything easily accessible, from dining to shopping and entertainment. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. Waking up to the stunning view of the lagoon was a highlight, and it made our mornings truly special. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met promptly. Overall, Resort Suites Sunway is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a mix of comfort, convenience, and spectacular views. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone visiting the Sunway area.

Two out of three of the air conditioners and the air refrigerator were not working well. Have informed the counter when we checked out, hope the next guests could enjoy the facility well.

The location is superb as it adjuncts with the sunway pyramid mall, it is right at the sunway pyramid hotel just a level down to the hotel.

Toilettories were not provided on day one. But were delivered next day and onwards. Little expensive for the value, but not too much.

Great location. Right above the Sunway pyramid mall. Other 24/7 food options in shoplot in front of property. Housekeeping every day

Parking was a nuisance (barely manage to get a parking at B6). Lobby at B1. Have to take our luggages to B1. Only 1 functioning elevator to floors nearly for 2 days !. If you don’t mind loud noise till midnight, then an ‘idle’ place to sleep. Apartment was a bit run down, mattress was hard. Sore back for 2 days.

Close proximity to Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon. Relatively reasonably priced.

2 lifts require access by room card but the bomba lift does not. It defeats the purpose of security control where people still can reach any other floor without the access card using bomba lift. During check-in, I was not told by the hotel staff that the access of lifts need room card scanning. I pressed button of Floor 19, the lift door closed and lift did not move for a while. Then, the lift door close and went up to Floor 23 and stayed there for few minutes. The door still closed and I can't control the lift even the door can't be opened. After few minutes, the lift went down to Floor 17 when somebody access it from Floor 17. I just realised I have to scan my room card after calling and asking the staff. The lift's programming should be more intelligent to stop moving the lift and allow people without access card to be able to open the lift door to go out from where he came in. The move to Floor 23 is really no meaning.

The room is clean and good.

A bit old.. mould here and there, wooden furniture broken etc. Pillows were a bit too soft. And slightly inconvenient because you have to take stairs down to B1 to access the lift. Would be better if they allowed direct 1st floor access.

Location is amazing, room size was really big and enough for all of us. Service is fantastic!

Would be better if hand towels could be provided. The room needs some maintenance. 2 lights on the corridor just outside the room were flickering.
