In the end I found it far too expensive for a short stay! It isn't worth at all. Better pay for a Grab to come and go from the airport, and go downtown.

They could do the pick up and drop off cheaper for the less than 5 minutes drive to the airport for their customers and not charge the ridiculous fee like the other apps

it's pretty good for short term stay, unfortunately if u go out for a short walk or food u can't lock the door from outside. so valuables need to keep on ur body, i don't mean abt the staff, but some customer may have bad intentions. better take ur valuables everywhere. good service and clean enough.

Place a bit fat from airport ,10 mins away,nearby restaurant only accept cash..bathrooms could be more cleaner.The ‘blanket ‘they provide is very light..if you are a light sleeper choose another option as you can hear other people sleeping and moving about.

Pick up and drop off convenient..staff attentive..place decent for a nap especially during transit,nearby local restaurants.drive to and from the airport very scenic.

The mattress cover is dark blue so you can't see how clean it is but I still saw some dirty spots on it. Everything smelled clean though. The light blanket wasn't warm enough for me so I had to put extra clothes on and put my turkish towels on top for extra warmth. I also think it's a bit expensive for what it is but I guess it's the convenience of being close to the airport.

Easy to get to from the airport. I just took the free shuttle bus from the terminals to the longterm car park and walked the last bit which was about 15-20 min walk. Simple but clean facilities and everything you need in the capsule.

I specifically requested a lower bunk for a family member with a knee injury. They were very helpful in assisting me with my request. However, the bed is very low, even lower than the lower bunk in other backpacker hostels. If you have a knee injury, , do not recommend here.

The paid shuttle bus is very convenient. The bed is large and the door has a lock, which makes it very safe.

Near to airport but it’s will cost you 35 taxi for one side so please make sure that and also it’s cost you by 6hours n 12 hours which is not good.

Very strategic location and super helpful staff. He helped me to get taxi via inDrive app is only RM14 vs. grab RM33 from hotel to KLIA1.

The bathroom/showers weren’t the cleanest. And they were co-gender, so that could freak some ladies out.

The capsule was simple but very comfy. I’m 5’10”, so if you are any taller than that, it will be too small for me. It was just right for me. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is great as it’s just near the airport and there is lots of food nearby, both mamak and Chinese. A gas station/convenience store as well.

Absolutely close to the airport and value for money. Perfect for a nights rest after long flights. Loved that I could arrange for pick up and drop off to airport with the company, at the same cost as a grab. Pods were clean and very comfortable. Oh and no matter the time of day, there are two restaurants close by to eat with cheap food.
