I love what the hotel represents. I love the service and facilities. I love the friendliness and the work ethic and social skills of the staff at front desk, on phones and at breakfast. I love that the staff works fast and are always ready to attend to me. I like the hotel’s design and rooms. I love the water pressure and the vibe of the room. I was comfortable and it definitely made me feel relaxed after a long day working.

nothing.. oh but the only small downside is there aren’t stalls selling kuih or breakfast nearby, but that’s not a big deal since there are other options a short walk away. def a solid choice if you want a hotel that’s both convenient and cozy

really enjoyed my stay here. the location is super strategic. One Utama, IPC Mall, IKEA, The Curve and etc are all nearby, so it’s really convenient for shopping and food. the room itself was clean and comfy, and the shower facilities were great with good water pressure and consistent hot water. it’s honestly a very comfortable stay overall. on top of that, the hotel facilities were really impressive. the pool area was relaxing, i didn't use the spa but i bet the spa services were top notch, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options that made mornings so much better. and also, FREE PARKING !!

We noticed that the towels provided were frayed, and the floor in our room was not cleaned during our stay. Additionally, there was a musty odour along the accommodation floors, likely from the carpets, and a sewage smell on the ground floor, which may have originated from the nearby monsoon drain. Installing air fresheners and enhancing housekeeping standards could go a long way in addressing these concerns.

I don’t like that the housekeepers always forgot to add the fresh towels when they cleaned the room. Or they have forgotten the mat for the bathroom floor too. Me and my family stayed for a week at the hotel and it happened almost everyday. It’s 3 of us in the room but always just two fresh towels when they gave us. Only 3 towels on the first day and the rest of stays just 2 towels. Sometimes i feel like they just make the bed and don’t really hoover the floor. Staffs at the reception could be more friendly.

Location is great, just a walking distance to the nearest mall. There is walkway towards the mall and it is also connection to the train station. The gym is massive and comes with classes to. You have to pay for the classes but the price it is really affordable. The infinity pool is stunning and really nice to hang outside since there is also a lounge bar there. Sweet apam at breakfast also is the best! Must try

Perfect location if you are keen to take MRT to other part of KL .. very convenient to access to One Utama Shopping Centre via the linked bridge

Excellent location. 5 min walk to One utama and the MRT station via a covered elevated walkway. Nice clean and big room Impressive selection for breakfast. Spoiled for choice. Ample parking space which was FOC.

Since the hotel charges a bit higher rate now compared to last time, I wish they can improve the old stains/ mold on the toilet wall.

I have stayed in this hotel many times, but this is the first time since they have changed their name. Nothing significant changes in the room besides an added bench next to the bed, complimentary one off minibar, amenities packaging and finally change the shampoo and bath gel bottle setting on the wall. But the room rates are also a significant increase too.

Right next to a massive drain that is not covered. Every time you step out, your nose is assailed with a terrible smell. Something really needs to be done about that.

Fairly new and has a lobby lounge with a great selection of good quality food. Assam laksa is highly recommended.

Newly refurbished and its new and clean There was also a kids club next to the infinity swimming pool. Staff was friendly, big selection for breakfast buffet.
