For me, everything was satisfactory. There were no problems during my stay.

I like decoration simple but look nice.house very clean. The view of the pool is very beautiful when seen from the balcony...bedroom also comfortable.. the bathroom is very clean. host (jacob) are very helpful. I recommend this residence to everyone because it is very comfortable and reasonably priced.

No directions to turn hot water on. Check in was a bit convoluted as you needed to fill out on line forms and get a QR code to get through the front gate.

Owner requested a bond to be transferred just before check in after communicating via Whatsapp. Owner also had to be reminded about returning the bond money days after checking out.

Accommodation provided all the essentials like a washing machine, clothes iron and even filtered water machine which dispenses both cold and hot water, which was great to use.

The house was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The pool like a mini waterpark! The kids couldn’t get enough. Near to the Uniqlo flagship store, McDonald’s and so convenient. Plus, check-in was a seamless, and Jacob was an amazing host—super responsive and made sure everything was perfect for us. Would 100% stay here again. If you’re looking for a fun, comfy, and hassle-free stay, this is the place!

1. I'm okay to pay the security deposit as we understand sometimes if any damages made by customers can't get back the money easily. But please take note if the money is over 24 hours, you need to personally mgs owner to take back ya. Sometimes they might forget bout it. But glad the money was refunded Lol haha😂 2. The door of the toilet will shake by itself, it's not because of haunted or what, is it because the window at the top (can't reach by hand) is opened. The strong breezy wind blows in and causes it. My mom was frightened the whole night because of this haha. Already mentioned to the owner.

Everything is good. Location is superB. Klebang, jonker street, encore Melaka are kinda near. Drive for 10mins + can reach. Instructions were clear by the owner.

I wish it was a little quieter, the building is busy and lots of beeps and alarms going off quite frequently. Nice big pool but requires registering to swim due to the high number of people.

Nice apartment in a secure building. There was only a hotplate and a microwave for cooking so not a place for gourmet meals. Usually fast response from the host. Location not close to touristy stuff but there is Grab for rides.

Not to say don’t like, but if there’s a little freebies such as coffee and tea sachet provided would be much better. And the shower soap m shampoo to be provided in larger bottle rather than thumb sized bottle.

The set up almost perfect for short travelling vacay. I love the space and simple furniture placement which has everything I need. In summary, it’s a good choice that u will never regret.
