A great place to stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out smooth. All the amenities were available as listed, making our stay even more convenient. Highly recommended!

Mirror wall.. feel not secure especially got kids..

I love the view.. sun rise view. Nearby to the mines.. only walking distance thru tunnel. Easy to get food here. Guard also nice and very helpful. Indonesian staff and owner all were nice.

Close to UPM about 10min away. Easy parking-I parked front door of lobby Easy check in and out (self check in) Deposit just 150 compared to others,quite cheaper and by online transfer. Fast deposit refund- not to wait until 24hrs. Clean-bedsheet,towel,sofa looks new Got kitchen and utensils,washing machine. TV with all channels provided-I like the mouse remote..easy to manoeuvre.

I like the room, the living room and kitchen, it is big and spacious. The best part for us is the toilet is also big and have enough room to move. For cosplayers, and event goers, this place is a good place to stay. Super recommended. The owner is nice and responsive. They even helped us register our cars for parking. It was clean and well maintained. The view is also breathtaking. This isn't something I dislike but more of a suggestion... More pillows pls? For people like me who can't sleep without a pillow to hug. I kinda took the pillow of my friend on the next room so they slept using the sofa pillow XD

Overall we had a good stay. We had an event at MIECC so it was walking distance which was great. The place has nice facilities (pools, gym, etc). The place was nice and good value for the money. A couple items to note: -the owner asked for an additional deposit via bank transfer. This was not mentioned until arrival and is not mentioned on the booking website. We refused. -there are some strict rules for the building e.g. swimsuit restrictions at the pool and RM50 fine for not adhering. There was a guard sitting outside monitoring. Not the owners fault but something you’ll need to pack/ buy new items for if you wish to use them and something I’d mention upfront so people are aware (we live elsewhere in malaysia and it is not this strict here)

A little bit expensive for the location but split between 3 it was OK.

The flat was gorgeous, very clean and easy check-in. The pool and facilities were amazing. Security let us keep our bags downstairs earlier. The lady we met for the key was lovely. The owner was very easy to communicate with and there were no problems.

Very nice and comfortable. A lot of free parking spaces as well and safe. House owner was very kind to allow an additional futon bed upon request. About 20 mins away from Axiata Arena so it’s a good place to stay if you’re planning to go for a concert nearby!

Clean and new, it was such beautiful and unique place to stay. Strategic location , place was convenient , next to restaurant & shopping mall (The Mines) , one stop center. Hosts are very friendly. Everything can be reached within 3min walking. Everything about this homestay is superb, I really recommend to stay here.
