Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Saudi ArabiaNo mineral water provided in my room, with only 2 tea bag and sugar only. Initially the door was broken on our arrival. But the staff fixed it quickly. But sadly, no housekeeping came to clean after fixing.

MalaysiaWe stayed in room 1901 and 1906, we hate the comforter and pillows. My first time using bed sheet between comforter, it’s TERRIBLE when you move or turn in bed. The bottom bedsheet has stains and every time I pull out the blanket, the bedsheets will come off. Two of the pillow are so thin and the other two are lumpy. We have to request for an extra pillow to sleep. The charges for the guest car park is ridiculous, we left our TnG card at the office, therefore have to use my debit card. I’m being charged RM10 for the parking. No food vendors or restaurants near by except for the hotel restaurant. You will need to drive or book a grab to go out eat or shopping.
