We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumThe hotel is a nice place to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and the rooms spacious. But you only get to know the true value of an hotel when you need something really special. In our case, we needed a taxi for 4 days to travel to different destinations. We only had 24 hours to find a solution and the receptionist Zul did a great job. He was super reactive, found a perfect driver and negotiated a better price for us. Really thank you again for your support!

Very pleasant rooms with old-fashioned décor and atmosphere... The staff and hotel are very helpful, as we arrived very late to check in. The hotel is well located, fairly quiet, close to the main street where the attractions are.

AustraliaSince the hotel is on the smaller side and has open walls between floors, noise can carry and occasionally be heard. While this is more of a construction-related inconvenience rather than an issue with the staff or service, it's something to keep in mind—especially if you're a light sleeper or traveling with young children or babies etc.
This traditional, homey, and well-maintained hotel was exactly as described in the pictures—and the staff and service exceeded all expectations! It’s in a fantastic location, the room had everything we needed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. To top it all off, their daily complimentary afternoon tea was the perfect finishing touch. We’ll definitely be recommending this place and would love to return if we ever visit Penang again!

The welcome drink was delightful. Staff was able to converse in English with confidence. Unfortunately I was not able to enjoy the afternoon tea as I had to be in a different location. It would be wonderful to be able to have breakfast instead of the afternoon tea as part of my stay.
