United KingdomThe only thing one needs to consider when choosing to stay here is that one has to negotiate stairs as there are no lifts in the hotel. Apart from that, this is one hotel I would book to stay in again!
The location was great, where you can find good food , good shopping and good road connections to other parts of Penang. A big shout-out to Mr. B for great service at reception.

MalaysiaParking space. There are not many designated parking lot for hotel customer but you can anywhere around hotel area and got discount for parking fee when you go out,I think rm8.00 per day which is reasonable.
The location is strategic to Quensbay Mall and other shops and restaurants. The room is spacious,clean and well maintained.

MalaysiaNo lift/elevator so you need to ‘hike’ the stairs especially if your room is at the 2nd level. If you want to iron your shirt,you need to insert the room key at the key slot otherwise there will be no electric thus cannot use the iron. Then,of course you have to be in a dark room for several minutes since you have taken out the room key. The parking. You are lucky if you can find a car park within the premise,if not you have to wait and hope that someone leaves their spot and then you can occupy the car park.
The location because it’s a stone throw away from the Queensbay Mall. The room is exceptional especially the family room with bunk bed. It can accomodate 5 person comfortably. Not to mention the pillows provided were more than enough. Water cooler and iron are available every level.

Canadabad internet. at first I thought it was just what time of day. but no it's almost unusable. an army of Ants in my bed.(went out to the mall came back they are swammed. mold growing ok bathroom walls. out room had a cracked window frame. probably that's where the Ants were coming in from and the hot air. water pressure wasn't strong and water didn't go down the drain that well.
