Too far away from everything, especially KL. We had to rent a van which was expensive. The facilities nearby charge children bigger than 130cms as adults. No other food/restaurants nearby.

The 2 br apartment was a good size. 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower/bath and 1 with shower. 1 king size bed and 2 single beds. Clean. Amenities - Good pool, kids gaming rooms, massage chairs, café. Close nearby adventure park, water park, animal island and golf course. Friendly staff. Small supermarket close by.

Wonder Park with house tree need to pay for entry.. And it is expensive tickets price RM26,.. (I think RM5 IS enough for public and free for guest of resort is reasonable )

The activities only up to 6pm and pool until 7pm. It should be open at least until 7.30pm / until sunset and pool should have longer hours. Not enough time to enjoy the activities offered since we stayed for only 1 night. Food for breakfast not very tasty. The breakfast was better when my family stayed there previously.

The rooms are big, spacious, comfortable & clean. A lot of activities for guest.

riverine hotel & golf resort is a different building, the good thing is hotel provide shuttle. not much facilities in the riverine hotel (swimming pool & games room only). snooker, karaoke & spa are in the gold resort. Hassle to travel just for spa which is in the gold resort not in the hotel since crowded during CNY (many waiting for shuttle). otherwise staff is friendly and able to resolve problem of leakage from our bathroom ceiling in the middle of the night. not many restaurant nearby need to travel out of pulau carey.

secluded and privacy, not so far from city centre. has kitchenette in room but empty, need to bring ur own plate & cutlery just like other hotels breakfast is nice & widespread many choices of activities (survival park, atv, go kart, flying fox, golf, boat, animal island, kayak) but requires additional fees (discount voucher for inhouse guest). survival park is worth of ur time, my sedentary children spend nearly three hours inside here and enjoying their outdoor activities. riverine water park just nearby, shuttle available or can just walk its walking distance. nice not crowded. its closed at 6pm during public holiday.

At 1:30 AM, while we were fast asleep, our doorbell suddenly rang. It was the maintenance staff, saying they had received a call from our room—820—reporting a broken TV. But the strange part? We never made that call. Spooky, right? Despite the eerie moment, we didn’t experience anything unusual during our stay. Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!

Several times our door card had problems. Fortunately the staff was very kind and provided good service. They gave us a new card again. But then it was problematic too..hihi

What a great place for us. For us, it's a one-stop center - hotels, games, food, water park and even groceries shopping. Just get your money ready :)

Stayed in a two bedroom unit was comfortable but wifi was very slow. Less than 5mbps most of the time. Fridge was smelly as there was left over food kept in it not cleared away.

Location is away from bustling town. Overlooking golf course. Animal island and water theme park among the attraction but quite pricy. Swimming pool and breakfasts was good .
