MalaysiaNot worth for what we’ve paid. I have guests joining in since there’s the only cafe, paid for RM35 per pax and just had nasi lemak and coffee. Nothing much for the breakfast, no fruits and no local dessert/kuih or so. Food didn’t refill until we had have to asked the staffs.
They have good staff especially Amin. Very accommodating.

Malaysia1) Crowd - Many tour groups stayed here as well, and resulting from this the lobby was overcrowded in the mornings. I feel the hotel could have managed human traffic better and not allow people to loiter in front of the lifts and entrance doors 2) Cleanliness - probably because of item 1, the hotel might not have sufficient time to undertake housekeeping works. The last person who exited the room didn't flush the toilet before leaving
When checking in Nadiah and the team at the front counter was friendly and courteous. They shared on nearby amenities (convenience store, doby, etc) within walking distance to the hotel. The rooms were large and spacious, and that's always good

MalaysiaIt was a bit less convenient as the hotel didn’t provide lunch or dinner. It would be great if those were available, so guests wouldn’t have to go out to find food. However, the breakfast provided was excellent—very delicious and enjoyable!
The environment is very comfortable, but it's a little too quiet. It would be nice if there was some background music on each floor — it would make the atmosphere feel less eerie, haha! Other than that, everything else is great.
