How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very clean room, close to the airport. The staff is very nice and you have coffee and tea for free. Recommended if you need one night close to the airport

Free access to hot water as well as WiFi. Helpful and supportive staff at the desk, true even before real arrival, with close contact via Booking, in order to get things straight up for better efficient reception and arrangement. Imran, a best accomodation staff youll have encountered here, kindly offering a wide range of practical information so much valuable to an outsider, like the closest mall as well as transportation choices possible ever for our own interest. His reliability as well as sunshine smiles make Alan a 7-star! Thx for all the nice experiences here at Alan.

I have nothing to add or dislike, as for this price and distance from the airport, this Motel is just perfect. Or maybe some extra proper chairs instead of the bamboo bench would be nice, just outside the hotel, where you are allowed to smoke a sigarette (as you are not allowed to smoke in the Motel or in the rooms, which is how it should be!)
The Motel is nice and clean, very helpful staff on Whatsapp. I had a short layover, so I didn't get to see them much. I arrived when they were closing and had to leave early in the morning for my next flight. They had already sent me the self-check-in procedure over Whatsapp as my flight was delayed 2h30. Keeping in touch was very easy over this medium. Very easy step by step explanations with video, top notch.

There were no amenities like soap, and the bath towels were made out of some kind of water repellant material.
Clean room, water dispenser and some small snacks, hot water, AC. They also didn't require a deposit.

Nope. Everything is good except shower abit slow.
I like the staff attitude. Its a small room, but it ok for a transit stay. Comfort enough for 1 night.

There weren't many food options within walking distance of the motel, so you would need to catch a ride to the nearby shopping malls for more options.
The motel met my expectations as I needed a place to sleep that was close to the airport and for a good price point. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

A clean and comfortable room. The motel lived up to its name as a transit motel. Room is at an affordable price with the necessary facilities provided. And it is 10 mins away from the airport. Will stay here again if under transit.

The only item I would like to add is an antibacterial hand wash along with the shampoo/ body wash.

Be cautious if you park in front of the hotel. During my last stay for just one night, my car was scratched badly—possibly with a key or pen. I suspect it was done by someone unstable or drunk, as the area becomes very quiet and dark at night. Please be careful, especially if you’re leaving your vehicle outside.
Easy self check-in after midnight. The staff will guide you through the process. The room was very clean, nicely set up, and smelled great. Really happy with the stay and really worth it.

Water pressure is a bit slow but acceptable..warms fast.
The room is super clean and neat as a muslim, i appreciate the supply of sejadah. Water dispenser is available 24hrs. Happily satisfied.

Self check in easy, great as my plane arrived kate in KLIA aiport. Very close to the airport, and easy to order food around. People working there that I met at the morning are adorable !!!
