Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaWhen we first arrived, the floor was quite sticky and dirty, there was hair in the toilet bowl, and a few things were broken, such as the wardrobe and bathroom doors.
It’s convenient because it’s near Legoland, which is our destination. The staff were also very efficient — when we mentioned the place needed cleaning, they took immediate action.

MalaysiaThe apartment is rather old and there’s some moldy smell. The toilet door is squeaky and the wc is stained. The wifi was not working and when contacted the support number no one attend to us. Mobile data line coverage is also not so good, but we were out most days.

I had an exceptional stay at A2502 Grand Medini Studio in Iskandar Puteri, Johor! The studio was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the modern amenities, including fast Wi-Fi and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect, close to attractions like Legoland and Medini Mall, making it convenient for sightseeing. The host was very responsive and attentive, which made check-in and any questions a breeze. I highly recommend this studio for anyone visiting Johor - it truly felt like a home away from home ❤️
