Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

MalaysiaSome improvement of the facilities would be good like availability of mugs, spoons etc.. SOme of the dining chairs were loose and needs refitting. Seemed clean and adequately maintained. Found that one of the previous guests had not cleaned the microwave after use and this had not been picked up by the cleaners :-( We expected the Netflix account to be working but it wasn't.
Excellent quiet location. However, need personal vehicle to get around from there. Or taxi. Perfect for a quick visit to Johor and see the surrounding.

MalaysiaBear in mind to bring your own toiletries as it is not provided. If you want to swim in the swimming pool, make sure to bring appropriate swimwear as they will not allow you to swim with normal clothing
