We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomI requested an early check-in when I initially booked and had a message to say that if a room was available it could be accommodated When we arrived we were told by the receptionist, quite categorically, that there were no early check-ins and check-in was at 2pm only. I explained that we had been awake for over 24 hours and she remained adamant that we could not check-in until 2pm.
Rooms are small but functional, very comfortable bed, hot shower with clean bedding and towels. Taxi available to pre book in the foyer to the terminals fo RM30.

Convenient store 24 hours operating next door. No need to worry if you need to grab a food. They have car service to send you airport at a reasonable price. So no need to worry that you might not get a grab to airport on time if u r flying early morning.
