MalaysiaShower head non adjustable thus there's no way of not wetting one's hair. Toilet roll was wet and soggy when we arrived.
Air conditioning was good and cooled up the room fast. Thankful for the mineral water provided. Though there is a hit water coffee pot provided, it is quite disappointing that coffee/tea bags are not provided.

United StatesThere were two of us but the desk clerk would issue us only one key card which was inconvenient since the card was needed to keep the power on. When I went out at night I asked the clerk to let me into the room because I didn’t want to wake up my wife. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too thick. The area by the hotel is one of the trashiest place I’ve been to. Piles of trash and litter everywhere.
Lots of street food and restaurants close by. Also close by are grocery stores and pharmacies as well as other services. Fairly quiet considering that it is only a block from a busy road. The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs and requests. Our deluxe room had a window in the sleeping area and windows in the bathroom. The premises was clean.

SingaporeI had an unpleasant experience with the front desk staff. One of the fatty female employees came across as unfriendly and unprofessional, with a poor attitude and tone. In the evening, a young male staff member seemed distracted, focused on his phone and not attentive to guests' inquiries. Unfortunately, due to these service issues, I do not plan to book this hotel again.
The room has strong water pressure and a powerful hair dryer.

We booked this hotel to attend family event in BKCC. The location of this hotel is strategic with restaurants in walking distance. Good choice for s budget stay. The staff is friendly.

MalaysiaThe staff just left the counter and went for her prayers. made customers to wait for 20 mins. the receptionist was not friendly at all. she dint ever ask my name to check on my booking. just made us to wait clueless. she checked in us to a room where was so bad and stinky. my parents had flu and cough because of that. it’s just a terrible hotel. I would never stay there anymore. if booking does not take any action on the staff or the cleanliness I won’t book via booking.com in future also.

MalaysiaWhen I first check-in to the room, the room was reek of cigarette smell which took 2 days of keeping the windows open (luckily I book the room with windows) at all times to get rid of the smell. The room keeping require you to tell the counter personally to get them to do room keeping. However, during my 4th day of stay(booking 5 days) they did not do the room keeping for my room even though I already told the counter.
The location is excellent with so many eateries and convenience store within walking distance.
