MaldivesCleanliness was not the best. Rusty & smelly bathroom and saw small cockroaches in the bathroom. Kitchen sink area had stains, found dust in the room.
The proximity was nice, closer to LRT train and it’s a condo inside a mall, with many places to eat and grocery store below. Requested for late checkout due to late flight, they allowed to stay till 1:00 PM upon request, which was nice.

AustraliaThe TV wasn't working. The host ensured the TV box would be replaced, but stayed 6 nights without TV. The host didn't reply to the message when asked for an update. Bed wasn't comfortable. Don't plan on cooking at this place. Very small kitchen. I would look for other options first before considering this unit.
Location is convenient. Near to LRT (Train) station. SS15 full of shops and you can get any type of food and groceries at the location. Major Shopping complexes are close by.

Malaysia- If the outdoor clothes hanging area is much cleaner, this would be perfect! Too much bird poops. Should consider having a clothes dryer in the unit since the unit comes with a washing machine especially for families renting and requires to do laundry. - Confusing elevators to get to the unit. Some elevators cannot go to the floor we are staying even though we use the access card.

Malaysia1. Slow customer service 2. Reached the place 3pm sharp for check in, called the host, they picked up, asked me to whatsapp them my booking details (which I’ve already did one day prior to check in). Then total silence. No reply, didn’t answer my call (at this point, Scam is the only word i could think about). Then after almost 20 minutes, they sent a message “Sent out done”. No idea what it meant. A whatsapp group popped out few minutes later providing you with check in tutorials. 3. No visitors pass as mentioned in their check in procedure message. Asked host, No reply. 4. Room looks nothing as advertised. If youre going to have different varieties, post it up. 5. Basic things are all okay. No Microwave. 6. First night, 3am, something knocked on the window. Ignored it, and found out on check out day that pigeons were nesting outside. So yeah. Pigeons. 7. Check out time stated is 12 noon. Host sent me a message on check out day saying check out time is 11am. 8. Sticky toilet floor

United KingdomGood location with downstairs shopping center and the multiple restaurants short walking distance away. Smooth sign in. Bed sheets smell clean. Smooth sign out. Comes with a hot water dispenser. But dont have high expectations based on the photos alone. The pictures are misleading and the studio is not as clean as the listing claims. But it is still liveable hence a 4/10 rating from me. Iron for laundry was dirty and it stained my shirt when I tried to use it. Mouldy wall under the aircon and behind bed. Bathroom walls and shower floor slimey. Under toilet mouldy. No laundry detergent and no shampoo/soap in bathroom. The worst thing is that the kitchen was not properly cleaned: previous guest burned the kitchen pot and did not clean, and the host did nothing. Also dodgy because once booking accepted, host will only communicate via a whatsapp chat and he misinterpretes most of my questions. (Eg I asked for dishsoap to be delivered as I planned to cook and use the kitchen, this never came etc)

Malaysiathe kitchen & toilets a bit dusty, but still acceptable level. Room is ready with broom & mop. I can easily keep the bath room dry any time after used.
Host is friendly and responsive, the location is very convenient with grocery and restaurants around. The room is installed with air purify and the aircon is cozy. Water filter is ready with normal and hot temperature.
