Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

However, I felt there were some aspects that could benefit from more attention. A bit more care in the upkeep of the space and additional comforts would make the experience much more enjoyable. With a little refinement, this place has the potential to offer a great stay for future guests."
"I recently had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, especially for families visiting Legoland, and the Netflix access was a nice touch for relaxing evenings. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The cleanliness could be enhanced, especially in the common areas, and some of the furnishings felt a bit worn. A bit of extra attention to detail, such as providing more amenities or clearer instructions for the appliances, would elevate the experience further. Overall, it's a good stay, but with a few tweaks, it could be even better."

Malaysia- floor was a bit sticky, so best to wear slippers - heater was not working and when I checked the manual it said you have to wait for an hour for the heater to work so if you need to shower in a hurry, you dont get hot water :( - bathroom had a strong pungent smell, I don't blame them I understand usually apartment ones smell funky.

MalaysiaPlease be prepare no network connection and property customer service insists to ask me click the link and get the door access, door lock no battery , last min ask me to change to other unit , i been standing outside the unit for nearly 30 mins until neighbors open door and check me out , my worst experience ever. The window full of thumbprint and toilet wall is super dirty with moldy stains.

MalaysiaThe location on Booking.com is wrong, please check and fix the address.The electronic lock cannot be used. The customer service respond is not promptly. Still can smell the residual smoke and the floor is too greasy. Durian odour left in the fridge. Both toilet lids are broken.
The decoration is simple and comfortable, the bathroom is clean.
